I do the same in terms of doing it then adding more pumps, and I repeat that a few times to get maximum length. But my own surgeon taught me to use a modified version of the actual Perito exercise. You focus on bending to each of the cardinal compass points and hold your dick in those positions for 20 to 30 seconds. Basically gets so hard after 2 or 3 reps that it's impossible to bend my dick at all. I can definitely feel that it's stretched to the maximum.
