What is or was your cycling with Perrito excercises routine?

Hi 2435tjklAS! i was just watching your videos. Were those bends at half inflation or full inflation?

Hi, have been asked that before and my reply is "well I was about to record it to show people so I made it about as big as I could lol." Still true, I didn't put a ton of effort into it but I probably inflated then hit the bypass valve and then pumped it up to as close to max as I could and started recording.

I quite don't understand the perito exercises esp after the capsule has formed ( more than 3 months after surgery). How it bending the implant when inflated going to stretch it. Seems like it may just cause increased back-pressure on the valves in the pump and lead to pump valves failing?

What makes more sense is just inflating to the max and some sort of gentle external pull or vacuum device. Seems a little more gentle on the implant and your penis.

However, Clavell shows the same on his video but in the comments section, he says to a member not to bend midway, but move the whole dick left, right, up and down. This confused me....

Exercises do NOT involve you bending it midway through the shaft. Just moving it from the base.

Sometimes we have to take even the surgeons’ comments with a grain of salt… they may have decades of experience with surgical solutions but recovery and therapy are a bit more tangential. there is a degree of speculation here on their part and the whole concept of Peritos is fairly new. Clavell’s comment contradicts Perito’s own video a bit the way I see it.

Regardless, anything that intensifies the stretch in both directions and loosens up the tissue will lead to less pain and greater expansion so do what is comfortable but feels effective for you as an individual. I just focus on improving my curve (bending mostly in certain directions) and maximizing size, and it seems to be working.

If I understood him correctly, he said pump it up full, do the exercise, and then add a couple more pumps because the purpose of the exercise is to stretch out the tissues. Listen to the video again and see if you hear the same thing.
