As a point of reference, my original equipment was great up until my 50's. Then not so much. And I went thru the usual treatments which worked "ok", until they didn't.

From that perspective, and this is no BS, my implant works better for my wife and I than my original equipment ever could.
- an on-demand erection whether tired, been drinking a little too much -- whatever
- getting hard, and staying hard, takes no effort from her (although she likes to "help" me while I'm pumping up )
- stays rock hard regardless of position, changing positions, moving around, delays -- anything
- stays hard, and keeps going and going and going, even after I orgasm, until she has as many orgasms as possible
- and if she wants 'round 2' just after 'round 1', I'm always ready to go

I can honestly say I’ve never had a woman tell me I was good at sex or the my loved/ liked my dick.
After implant, I’ve had a total of 4 women say how much they love my dick. My ex gf said “best dick ever “ . And my current gf says over and over during sex “ I love your dick”.

These are very useful feedbacks, I will share with her, for some reasons she associates the implant as something not « spontaneous », but I am sure this will help change her mind.

In my long ED journey toward an implant I am in the last phase of making up my mind and am sharing my thoughts with my wife.

She is concerned that the experience will kill any spontaneity and considers an implant as an artificial add that contradicts the magic of desire and arousal.

Considering that I am failing to even have a regular erection without pills or injections, which are even less spontaneous, I know her position is not rationale, but I would like to convince her with other wives or partners arguments and words.

Is there any of them in this forum that would crept to share experience, in particular to show that Leo for the « other side «, sex with an implant is very spontaneous, natural and «a s before ED »? Or any advice on how to help convince her ?

You would not get direct women's opinion here but you would probably get it in one of the penile implant information fb groups.

I think FT would be well served if it created ED/implant related section for women only, which allows in only those women who are linked to male members, meaning a woman would require a confirmation from a male member to be able to join in order to avoid random women signing up and the spam.

I can already imagine some curious kinky female joining and PMing another: "Oh my God, I always wanted to fuck a bionic! Can I fuck your husband only once?! Please?! Please please please?!" I can think of at least two off the top of my head that I can see doing that

I think our part and their part should be completely separated from one another with neither allowed to join the other or take a pick at what the other posts. That should ensure sincerely and privacy, and posting useful practical information in both sections.

This is not exactly responsive to the underlying question, my wife's only concern was the potential for infection. That's why she discouraged me from pursuing an implant initially. When it became clear that my ED was making it impossible for us to have PIV, she is supporting my decision to proceed. I'm scheduled for early May and am looking forward to it, as is she. We even have a vacation planned for a month later when hopefully I am recovered enough for sex. My surgeon thinks I'll be good for sex in 3 weeks. Not that I would be good at sex, but my wife and I hope he's right.
