Officially 1 week into my bionic life.
Dr. Eid implanted a 24 cm Titan on the 14th. One unique aspect of my case—once opened, he found my proximal crura were completely obliterated by scar tissue. There was essentially no dilatable space. He had to tunnel roughly 10 cm proximally through dense fibrosis to create channels, leaving ~14 cm distally.
Observations after Week 1:
1. Recovery
No sugar coating it—this has been brutal. I needed my parents to fly in to help me through the first week. Pain was honestly otherworldly at times and I’ve been largely sidelined physically. Anyone going into a complex fibrosis case should be prepared for a tough early stretch.
2. Size (early impressions)
Pre-op I was consistently:
* ~7.25” BPEL standing
* ~7.3–7.4” stretched flaccid
Right now (very early, limited inflation):
* ~6.2” non–bone pressed inflated
* ~6.5” bone pressed at current max
* ~5.5” flaccid
Given the amount of proximal reconstruction, I suspect Eid prioritized safe placement over aggressive distal dilation. That said, I fully recognize I’m only one week in, nowhere near max inflation yet, and tissue is still very resistant. I’m hoping cycling over time gives me back more length and ideally some girth expansion as well (currently ~5.0” at base tapering down to 4.5 as you move up the shaft distally).
Long story short….. it’s noticeably shorter which sucks because I was well above average length to compensate for slender girth. Now I have an average length slender penis which is tough after seeing all you girthmasters on Frank talk.
3. Learning curve
Steep but improving. Pumping is getting easier with practice. I’m cycling twice daily (usually in warm baths). Deflation was a challenge until I saw Eid—he made it look easy and reminded me how much pressure it actually takes.
Biggest issue right now:
* Staying fully deflated
* When I stand or move, I get partial refill/firmness
I assume this is early edema and reactive blood flow around the cylinders, but it makes mobility and day-to-day comfort tricky at this stage.
⸻
Bottom line:
Week one was ugly. No way around it.
Still in the fight, staying disciplined with cycling, and looking forward to seeing what week two brings.

Re: 1 week down w/ Eid Titan
Lawrence13, sorry to hear about the rough recovery. For whatever it's worth, I can absolutely relate. Given that you're only 1 week into recovery your size info is really encouraging ! Hang in there, things only get better from here. Sometimes it may feel like "3 steps forward, 2 steps back" -- but barring anything truly unexpected, it really does keep getting better from here on out ! Best wishes

3 steps forward, 2 steps back that’s exactly how it feels. Appreciate the encouragement.
