The first thing to do is search this thread for the names of cities nearest you. Lots of guys in this thread have said they would meet someone to talk and do a show and tell. Use the name of any large city within driving distance. Then search the thread for the names of the states nearest you. If you are outside the USA, do the same with whatever location names most guys near you would use.

Send a PM (private message) to those guys introducing yourself.

Post in this thread asking for a show and tell giving your location. That way if guys near you see the post they may send you a private message.

You can find the private message function by clicking on their screen name.

Never did an in-person demo.

This site is really nice. I’m just getting used to navigating it. It really makes me feel more comfortable with the decision. I’m going to be 71 in May and this is a scary decision that I’m sure none of us thought we’d have to make some day.
