Re: Genesis to Titan swap
That's disturbing. Have you spoken to your doctor about that? I am scheduled to have an infrapubic installation of the Titan in May and trust that will not happen to me. From what I've been reading and hearing, the tips of the implant should be more inside the glands and not underneath it to where it will poke out when inflated. I hope you get this figured out so that you have a more comfortable situation. All the best...
74 y/r, in good shape. ED becoming worse following nerve sparing RPP 2009 which likely caused eventual venous leakage. Tried pills and injections and TRT. Not letting age be a factor. Scheduled for surgery early May with Dr Perito.

Hey Wooody; We have exactly the same implant stats. I'm just over 3 months post op. It's all going as expected, but I'm finding the tips of the cylinders quite sensitive. The tips are lying just under a very, very thin layer of skin below the glans. When fully inflated, the tips extend about 75% along the underneath of the glans. They don't seem to go into the glans, just run along the skinline underneath the glans. How about yours?
Hey Mission..
The tips of mine go about 3/4 of the way into my glans but are pretty much squarely centered inside it. I would have your doctor take a look and explain why they aren't more centered and how sensitive they are for you. Mine were sensitive for maybe the first 2 months but that went away by month 3.. but everyone is different. I'd definitely get it checked out.

I was in a sweet spot and recently had a revision surgery to Coloplast Titan.
I’ve been doing great since the surgery and getting better. I’ll let you know if anything interesting happens, but otherwise, things are going smoothly here so far.
Best of luck to everyone. Grateful to you guys for all the guidance, knowledge and encouragement.
