Has anyone had their implant pumped to the max all day and spent all day fucking?

I ask because I feel I am sooo far from this, I had my implant in Oct last year. I still struggle to have it pumped for 25 minutes without it hurting eventually.

Definitely don't regret the implant at all, but I just was expecting the cycling pain to subside by now.

Just wondering if this is normal, or is everyone just shagging all day without even a hint of discomfort.

browny, I wish I could spend all day fucking! Even at 13 months + if I pump it to the absolute max I can go for maybe 1.25 hours and then it starts to get very uncomfortable. I can endure longer but it feels much better to deflate at that point. I can resume after a short break and go again but my wife's stamina runs out after an hour anyway. I think at 6 months I was still struggling to go more than about 40 minutes pain free at 100% inflation. Give it time, everyone is different and some guys can take a year or more to fully recover. You could also try not inflating to 100%. Despite some claims that the LGX is too soft, in my experience nothing is further from the truth. Mine is hard as a fucking block of concrete when maxed out. I prefer it that way but it isn't necessary for penetrative sex.

I am an October baby as well and have the same experience if I pump it as hard as I can. I believe that not only can it impinge nerves, it is likely that the pressure causes hypoxic acidosis in certain spots similar to sickle cell. This is what makes SCD priapisms so painful and it's possible we are causing the same effect locally. As far as I know at this point it just means we still have room to grow. Eventually, natural tissue always bends to the will of extreme, unnatural force. Just take it slow and don't give up.

On this note, I believe it is also the same reason most surgeons recommend not leaving it inflated for hours and hours even if it isn't painful. There may not be much soft tissue that survives surrounding the implant, but the whole penis is a living organ and letting it "breathe" is always good. Short of pain, I would still consider the general guidelines for priapism... i.e. "if it's more than 4 hours, see a doctor."

Is it likely you have more potential expansion you didn’t solidify? I mean how long did you cycle aggressively and/or did you stop going to absolute max pressure for the last 8 years or whatever?

I suspect the difference in outcomes is that some guys go nuts until the soft tissue is killed off and others just inflate enough for sex and don’t train any harder than that since they are happy with it.

Browny, you’re not alone, it took me a long time to not have a lot of discomfort in the first months after I started cycling at 6 weeks.
I thought that I would never get past an hour without discomfort the last few minutes.
I just kept cycling and doing long maximum inflation in a hot tub of water to stretch my bionic dick. It finally started getting better after 6 months.
I don’t do the hot tubs of water but I do still cycle in the shower and while I shave, usually everyday just to keep things stretched and I’m now at 4.5 years.

We all heal different and our nerves heal different, so keep hanging in there it should get better.

Yes, I was envious of all the guys that were fucking and didn’t have any pain when they were cleared for sex.

I don’t think I have ever been pumped to the max for a full 24 hours, but I will regularly be pumped up for anywhere from 3-8 hours (I generally pump close to max before going on a date).

I don’t really experience anything I would call pain, but there can be slight discomfort. It feels good to release after being pumped up for a long time, like taking your shoes off after a long day.

But I don’t really get pain anymore. I did in the first six months, but now everything feels good.

I don’t have any advice, other than maybe ask your doc about it.

I've stayed pumped up for several (sometimes many) hours at a time and don't experience pain from being pumped up -- but with 3 caveats :

1) Sometimes I experience a twinge of pain if the position, or changing positions, causes pressured twisting at the tips. That doesn't happen very often, probably because I've learned to avoid it.

2) Most sexual activity doesn't require being pumped up 100%, and I'm pumped up to 85-90% most of the time. For most positions my wife says being at 85-90% feels more natural anyway. And I think that 85-90% gives me a little better sensation maybe due to blood flow ?

3) Also if we take a break during a long session for drinks, snacks or whatever -- I'll hit deflate and let it go to around 50%. Afterall, it doesn't take much to get back up again. Also less risk of jamming it into things when walking around
