Does Titan also achieve length gains after a year?

Unlike LGX, it isn't supposed to expand and stretch lengthwise.

The tubes are same length as the day the doctors cuts and inserts them.

Ive seen a couple posts here where people mentioned gains after a year post surgery, but I must be missing something because Titan only increase girth I thought.

Anecdotal feedback is mixed, but there are a few factors that most patients are not even aware of.

First, your stretched length is often longer than your erect length, so if your surgeon measures generously, you can be sized slightly longer than your natural length. The LGX is designed to shrink and extend a lot, but even the Titan can also "accordion" slightly.

Second, all the devices on the market are simply inflatable devices (balloons) which have limits, but are not limited exactly to spec. 24cm means it's 24cm long when "full" but it is interesting to note that going from 0 psi to 20 psi can over-inflate them as shown by studies like this:

Ok so it sounds like with Titan you initially can lose some length after surgery which can then be gained back as the tubes stretch regular to their limits? So assume that you can at least still achieve you pre surgery length or very close to it eventually.

You can lose some length with any implant, though with a well measured Titanium, less than with an LGX. But in the end, length potential is similar across implants and depends on the stretched length the surgeon measures with the dilators.

In other words. With a good surgeon and the absence of severe atrophy, you are not likely to lose anything in the end and can potentially gain slightly.
