Congrats for taking the final step. I have always said wish I had done the implant before taking my first Viagra.
The next couple weeks may challenge your pain tolerance, but you'll get better day by day.

Congrats!! You have done really well!!
A great doc and good preparation (VED) definitely pays off.

Amazing post op measurements. You have AT LEAST 1/2” of swelling of the tissue at the base of your penis making that length measurement more challenging. When that swelling goes away you will undoubtedly get back to that 7.0” length. And with cycling the implant over time you will probably regain a little lost length as well.

Ice ice ice ice ice. That will be your friend today.

I found that alternating Advil and Tylenol worked great. I took Advil, three hours later took Tylenol, three hours later Advil, three hours later Tylenol… that way I had some pain medication at its strongest most of the time, but kept a 6 hour interval for each Advil dose and 6 hour interval for each Tylenol dose. That worked well for me and I was able to skip taking the narcotics.

Congrats on a great result and welcome to the brotherhood.

Both pics are 24 hours post-op, partially inflated.
Don’t know the inflation percentage.
I expect I’ll get back to OEM with cycling, but for a first look,
I like it.

Bionic day 4 update:
First post-op poop! About time. I was not really uncomfortable; just a little concerned that it was taking so long. I had been taking Dulcolax soft chews (4 a day) since Wednesday (surgery was Tuesday) in an effort to prevent constipation. Thought that would have worked before now, but today was the day. Relief!

On my feet a little more, trying not to bump into the kitchen counter. Just a little swelling in the scrotum today, so I’ll continue with the ice packs.

Drain comes out this afternoon and should give me more freedom, and a little more comfort moving around in bed.

Congratulations JustSaying, Welcome to the Bionic Brotherhood!

Your new Bionic Weapon looks great!

Dr Hakky, did a great job to prevent you from having swelling and bruising, my scrotum looked like a black and blue grape fruit for at least a month.

It looks like you’ll heal quickly, follow Dr Hakky’s protocol and you’ll be on the road to a great sex life in no time.

Some black and blue mostly around the taint, but much less than I expected. I can feel the pump and tug down on it; gently for now. Pre-op was 7.25 BPL x 6.0 G. First measure (partially inflated) post-op was 6.5 BPL x 5.4 G. Very happy with those numbers. Pointed up in a jockstrap with a baby sock for now; fairly comfortable. One thing that I have found very useful is a geriatric grabber stick, about 3ft long with a squeeze handle on one end and a claw on the other. I can reach things from a table or the floor without bending. I took an oxycodone last night (surgery day) hoping it would help me get a good night’s sleep. Don’t think I will take those again. Oxy did take the pain away, but every time I closed my eyes I had horrible nightmares, and stayed awake until dawn. Got a couple of naps today and pain is minimal. As I move around a little bit, the pain wanders from the pump to the reservoir to the shaft. Glans is mostly numb, but warm. I know that others have experienced cold glans. Happy to be on the post-op side.
Things are looking up…………….literally!

Dude, the oxy is NO JOKE for some folks, myself included. I stopped taking it and just dealt with the pain because it made my heart beat uncomfortably fast :? and much like you, it gave me CRAZY dreams when i was able to sleep!

Best of luck man, cheers to your recovery!

Same here re: the heavy pain killer drugs. It made me extremely depressed and my dreams were like Salvador Dali paintings.
