I don't think it's the titans fault. It's just not the same with an implant. If a girl is sucking your natural dick a lot of blood will flow in and expand it during suction. This is reduced a lot with an implant. Plus a natural dick is just a bit more flexible and able to adjust to the mouth/throat better.
Also i did lose some sensation from the surgery itself.

Oh you repaired the ligament as in tightened it up? I thought you cut it for better length.

Good morning, brothers. Today will be a short update.

First, I continue to make progress in my sex life. I still don't penetrate my partner with the same hardness as before, but I prefer to take it step by step since I still feel some discomfort in my penis. So, I’m happy in that regard. On the other hand, I feel some discomfort in the upper right area where the reservoir is located; it feels inflamed. I imagine it’s the scarring process at work, though it is bothersome.

The most important news is related to the "hang" of the penis and its downward angle. Normally, during the day, I wear a jockstrap to help the penis point downward; when there’s too much pressure and I feel discomfort, I walk around the house naked for a while and then go back to the jockstrap. At night, however, to ensure the fixation of the scrotal sac with the pump inside, I wear tight boxer briefs to ensure good firmness and support for the scrotum. This also allows the penile tissue to rest for a few hours while I sleep, pointing upward for tissue relaxation and the drainage of edema (inflammatory fluid in the penis that is difficult to drain when pointing downward all day—my doctor's advice).

So, my "technique" for advancing the healing process consists of 16 hours of forcing the penile tissue to fall naturally, pointing downward (6 o'clock on a clock), and then 8 hours of tissue rest with the penis pointing upward, held by the underwear, to let the tissue rest and drain. This is the technique the doctor recommended, and while it has many medical advantages, because I have a 22cm Titan prosthesis, it caused the loss of rigidity and elevation to be very slow; every day I woke up, the penis was like a coat rack pointing at 3 or 4 o'clock.

Today marks 10 weeks and 2 days since my implant surgery. Like every day, I woke up with the penis pointing up in my underwear, but upon taking them off and walking around the house naked for a few minutes, it gave way. The penis had the "flexibility" to point downward in about two minutes. I was incredibly surprised that something as simple as my penis "hanging" "naturally" is something I am starting to see again after two and a half months.

I don't know if it’s a one-off thing or if it’s now the trend for my new bionic penis, but it was a great joy. This rigidity and elevation is what currently worries me the most and limits me from returning 100% to my normal life (my job as a train mechanic, the gym, mountain hiking with my friends...).
