Congrats on a speedy recovery. Considering you had the implant and removal of filler it’s amazing there is so little bruising.
Not sure how much of your current girth is swelling or inflammation, but you look very thick right now. Looks symmetrical as well.
Glad this has all been sorted out relatively quickly.

I was misinformed about the filler removal, the nurse that wheeled me down to lobby from surgery said it had been removed but when I went in for my first post op check he said he did NOT remove any filler. Probably was for the best I think the amount of pain and swelling I would have had would be off the charts.

Ah, that makes sense. Well it all looks symmetrical and smooth. You got a good result. Congrats

Day 10
I have noticed improvement in pain, laying down I have no pain, but still sitting up and standing feel a pressure sensation in the pelvis and the penis. Feels like my penis keeps wanting to retract back against this implant. I've been inflating it every morning for about 30 minutes, it's about all the time I have in the day to do this, leave it up when showered. the tips are WAY up in the glans all the way to the end of the tip of my glans. I'm a bit worried about that and erosions if it stays that far. I've wondered if I'm a bit oversized (went from 21+1 to 24). when my incision is healed I am going to start my VED and maybe throw on this penis stretcher device I used prior to surgery again to see if I can coax some more length to even out the tips being so far forward.
I have to excuse myself to the bathroom at work every 30 minutes to do a few minutes of manually stretching my penis which takes away temporarily the ache sensation I have. I guess that's good to prevent any scar tissue from trying to build up.
I do like the infrapubic approach that Dr. Taj used on me can't feel any tubing, I hated the previous penoscrotal approach I could always feel the tubes at the base of my shaft and my shaft was constantly numb in that area. Dr. Taj repaired my suspensory ligament, but didn't seem to change the angle of the erection when inflated, I still point down to about 4 o'clock when inflated. Trying to keep my penis pointed upward when sleeping, will sleep in underwear. I'm hopeful that may coax it into a bit higher erection angle in the future.
The ache inside the glans is weirdly a signal to my brain that has made me feel horny, if you can believe that. I've masturbated already at least once although it was difficult to reach an orgasm, but it felt good at the tip of the glans to do so.

Day 17 Recovery

Steady improvement in pain. Only really hurting with inflation at this point. I’ve been able to start using my VED last night. That was pretty painful but already feels a bit better doing it today. doing about 10 to 15 minutes of sessions with that 2 to 3 times a day is my goal. It looks like I’ve lost about an inch when I look at my length in the VED. Hopefully I will gain that back over time.

That was the reason I ended up with the LGX the first time, Dr. Kramer refused to do a Titan in me with my filler since he said he didn't know the risks. Dr. Taj didn't seem concerned about it, and I told him I had filler. He honestly works with filler all the time, mostly to remove it from guys that come to him with bad filler jobs. I feel that filler is pretty well walled off from the area they'll be working. as a precaution I plan to remain on antibiotics for near a month as I don't want to take any risks.

so you had fillers ? how did that go if you dont mind . what type ,how much etc .
i had 20cc injected in the philippines ,and in the clinic it looked good .
but after a 6 hour trip . bus to ferry .
my member swelled up like crazy and after 8 days ,it had not gone down .
so i had it desolved .
i might take a trip to thailand ,where they have many HA fillers to choice from. unlike here , there was only one .
. you can pick the desired firmness and amount etc. and they have more experience .
American , retired in the philippines .
tactra malleable 13 mm ,in new delhi India . on april 2024

It's ok overall, I probably wouldn't have done it in retrospect though. some has atrophied, migrated slightly and is a bit uneven. Hard to feel things in the shaft of the penis. Thought about having mine removed, but at this time I'll live with it. I like having a thick penis when I use my VED from the filler.
