I think you’re going to be fine. Others here have much more experience than I. ( You and I have the same implant date)
The 14cm distal is measured from the incision point on the tunica and is not the same starting point as a BPL measurement. Also the 14cm does not include the distance from the cylinder tip to the tip of the glans.
Keep your eyes on the long term goal.
I think you will be very happy in the long run.

Appreciate you man.

Your cylinder is 24 cm. Mine is 23 cm — 13 distally and 10 proximally. Yours is 14 distal 10 proximal. Our current home measurements dont mean anything. Hakky told me in 3-6 months thats where our final lengths will more or less be expressed. In a couple weeks alone ive already regained 0.3 inches from cycling. Im sure both you and I will be fine. My girth is almost all back. Most of us with those cylinder sizes end up somewhere between 6.75-7.25 inches long based on what ive read around here.
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one

Prior to surgery I measured bpl of 7.25 inches. I just saw Eid’s chart ……. He used full 10 cm for the obliterated crus on both side leaving only 14 cm distally.

I’m hoping my math is wrong but did I just go from 7.25 inches in length down to 5.55( 14 cm)

Please someone tell me that’s that not whats happening here.

Can you explain what's meant by an obliterated crus?

For the benefit of Lawrence and anyone else who reads this:

There is no “losing” or “gaining” penis length.

Your corpora is the same size the day before your surgery as it is the day after your surgery.

The implant that is put in you is (if sized correctly) the same size as your corpora. It is also the same size the day before as it is after. In fact it generally is the same size the day it goes in as the day it comes out, with the exception of the LGX which theoretically lengthens a very small amount in laboratory conditions.

Those two things - your corpora and your implant - are essentially the same size. And both are the limit of how long your dick can get.

Over time (years), having a functional dick can stretch your corpora a bit, such that after a revision you might be able to fit a slightly larger implant. But your dick won’t be getting bigger than your current implant until you get a new one. And with a bit of cycling you can ensure it won’t be smaller, either.

So why does it seem like your dick is shorter right after surgery but gets longer over time?

A combination of swelling and general post-surgery adjustment means your implant is either hidden by your swollen penis or otherwise scrunched up and not fully extended.

It can take several weeks to several months for the swelling to go down and for the implant to fully extend.

That’s why it seems to grow. But it was the same size the whole time. It just needed to adjust. Cycling helps that adjustment.

All of this is to say: you are going to wind up at roughly what you were immediately before implantation. Not bigger. Not smaller. Same size. It’s just going to take a while for it to happen.

There is no magic. Cycling does not make your implant or your corpora get bigger. It just helps them adjust.

There may be some small variation, one centimeter either way at most. If you perceive something different, it is largely your perception. If you hear something different from other dudes, remember that guys are largely unreliable when it comes to discussing the length of their dicks. Scientific studies consistently show that guys’ dicks wind up the same size once the implant has settled in - but that guys’ perceptions are wildly inaccurate.

Relax. Give it time. You will wind up where you were before, with a functional hard dick that is gonna drive your partner(s) wild. Recover, have fun and be well.

Sure. All the tissue in my crus was scar tissue as opposed to smooth muscle. It was just dead timorous collagen.

Leto you’re an absolute legend man. Thanks for taking the time to calm down a newbie bionic in his own head.
