After my surgery with Dr. Eid Tuesday I was told that he discovered a completely obliterated crus ( like tri mix priapism. He had a brutal time digging out space for the 24cm Titan. Prior to surgery I measured bpl of 7.25 inches. I just saw Eid’s chart ……. He used full 10 cm for the obliterated crus on both side leaving only 14 cm distally.
I’m hoping my math is wrong but did I just go from 7.25 inches in length down to 5.55( 14 cm)
Please someone tell me that’s that not whats happening here.
Talk me off the ledge.

Re: Talk me off the ledge.
For reference:
I got 12.5 cm distally and am 15 cm inflated and engorged - NOT bone pressed. so 2.5 cm more than distal implant part.
In your case: 14 cm distally plus lets say 3cm of additional glans when engorged = 17 cm NOT bone pressed.
If you add the bone pressed cm's you could be right were you were before

Re: Talk me off the ledge.
Lawrence, Your proximal and distal measurements sound very normal. I was proximal 10 cm and distal 11 cm and my BPEL is a fraction over 6.5 inches. That was my pre ED size. I'm happy that I got back to where I was but it took months to get there. It's easy to be freaked out early on when length has yet to recover. Also your distal length is NOT the erect length of your dick. Both distal and proximal are only surgical measurements taken in the OR from wherever the incision point is. Distal goes to the tip of the cylinders which don't go fully into the glans, if they did you would likely get erosion. Mine are about halfway in flaccid and more than 3/4 erect but still not full depth. So that accounts for some length above the implant dimensions, not including any engorgement from arousal.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.

I asked for someone to come bring real world sense to my situation and you delivered. Thank you. I’m praying I can at least hit 6.75 inches. Obviously 7 woukd be ideal.
