My orgasms are mostly from oral, hand job or tit-fucking. I am just past the 5 month from surgery date and lots of sensation has come back. Patience is definitely the key as so many of you have reminded me along this journey.

I also think the Perito Exercises brings baxk sensation quicker, as a side benefit.

I have a bit of a theory though why so many of us have issues with PIV orgasms. Think about it. For many (most of us), coming during intercourse has meant being finished for the session...or even for the night. I think it may be in our big brains. If we remember that we now can keep going whether or not we orgasm in our partners, perhaps it will release some of our life-long anxiety about it? What do you think?

I needed this POST !!
4 months past surgery - and still cannot PIV Orgasm -- but staying positive!
Sensation still not back fully -- seems to be better each week -- but get frustrated at times.
For sure enjoying the new way of life, and the ability to stay erect with no pressures, just wanting more of the sensations to return probably quicker than is possible.
Still dealing with cold glans too -- hanging in there!!

Muzakguy, You just described exactly where I am. I'm exactly 12 weeks out today and no PIV orgasm, sensation not fully back and cold glans. But I find encouragement from all the other brothers that it will get better, and it does a little bit, day by day - also hanging in there!! (Oh, what I took for granted in my 20's - 50's).

ElbowRoom, congrats on the milestone ! It took me what seemed like forever to get there. The good news is that it slowly happened more and more frequently -- and is now the normal thing

vincentarpino, I agree there's lots of 'rewiring' that goes on in the brain to adapt to the massive change down there. For me, I initially didn't like what I thought of as delayed orgasm. But over time I've come to realize, and even appreciate, that the timing of orgasm has adjusted to the much extended amount of time that we spend PIV. Once I stopped worrying about when I got there, it seemed to start happening along with our 'new normal' timeline for PIV.

My initial instinct was to think that the change in orgasms was really from changes in how our nerves were organized post surgery. But I’m coming around to Vincent and Chuck’s point of view. How and when orgasms occur is very different for me now.

An experience I have had a number of times is something like a rolling orgasm. I might cum two or three times in relatively rapid succession, with either the second or the third being a very powerful orgasm, both in intensity and volume. That often happens during PIV sex. It’s tough to tell how much cum ejaculates in those preliminary orgasms during PIV sex, but one time it happened while giving a facial and there was definitely some cum during the first ejaculation, and then an explosion 30-45 seconds later when I came again (she was amazed it went on so long!).

Nothing like that ever happened to me before, and I think it is our minds giving ourselves the luxury of extended tantric-style orgasms.
