Just had consult with Mr Ralph and on my way

Morning all
I’m 53 living in the UK and been having ED for many many years. Pills don’t seem to work anymore and have always had horrendous acid reflux from them anyway.
I saw Mr Ralph yesterday and am pencilled in for surgery early June.
Out of the three inflatable implants I selected the coloplast titan for the following reasons:-
Smaller pump (my scrotum/testes are relatively small)
More rigidity
Wider girth expansion.
For context I’ve always been a grower with my flaccid ranging from 2-3” and my erect around 6.5”. According to Ralph so am about average so no problems with any of the three implants.
I understand there can be dog ears in the shaft when flaccid but overall i feel it’s the best fit for me.
As for beginning cycling he says the earlier the better and mentioned some can cycle on their one week post op checkup.
Having always had a small flaccid penis I am quite excited to become more of a shower.
I asked if he could film the surgery as I’d be interested to watch it back.

Anyone else had a titan fitted my Mr Ralph?

I have been told by my doctor that someone with a long thin penis will have a very high likelihood of getting pretty prominent dog ears. In most cases people get used to the sharp edges over time and they don't seem to be bothersome. Tight under wears help with keeping the penis tucked in a fixed position preventing the dog ear points dangling around. I was leaning in the direction of a Titan but I think I will be switching to a CX as I don't want to deal with the hassle of managing the dog ears. Can you share you flaccid and erect girth?
