Pain in glans from cialis after revision

Postby Rider1400 » Tue Apr 14, 2026 9:58 pm

So had a revision 7 weeks ago. Started gently cycling a couple week ago and it’s been very painful in the glans as Dr had to do a tunneling procedure to place cylinders more into glans as they were in danger of eroding out the bottom.
So I’ve read that when some Drs do xtra work in glans that they sometimes tell patients to take cialis to help blood flow which promotes healing. So, I think at about 4 weeks I’ll take 10mg to see what happens! BIG MISTAKE! I ached and down right hurt for about 7-8 hours mostly in the glans!! So at 5-1/2 weeks I had cycled a few times and thought I would try again! WRONG AGAIN!! Pain in glans for 6-7 hours. I mean taking pain meds to get thru it! Next attempt was last Saturday a hour before second attempt at sex, no pain during sex and I was able to climax!!! Which had been a hit and miss for years anyway! Was maybe a 5 out of 10 in satisfaction but still good for a second attempt with new dick! BIG PROBLEM!! Immediately after sex when I deflated, I guess the endorphins were wearing off. The same excruciating pain started up again and lasted at least 7 hours!!! Has anybody experienced this ! I’ve been using cialis for many years before implant and also regularly for last 4 years with my first one. Alsways helps with engorgement. Now I’m scared to even attempt it again but ready to feel that engorgement in the glans I’m used to having. Assuming it’s from the tunneling procedure he did in glans but at 7 weeks would think it should be healed enough to use cialis. Any input would be welcome.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.

Don't let worry or fear creep in and win over your good attitude about your Bi0N!C abilities that you will enjoy for MaNY mANy years. If not then you will be getting your medically necessary revision...Don't waste your time in negativity!

How do you like revisions now ? Sooner you and the rest of the cult will realise that your tissues won't care whether you are saving money for revisions or you are "using" a H!gH VoluME D£d!KaTed SurGEON.

Revisions should never be tolerated.
Implant industry criticism should never be labeled as trolling.

How is easier recovery and bigger implant surgery? as the cult would say

I just hope mofos like you stay on the site when the shit hits the fans so I make an example out of them as usual. Unfortunately Leto,Dan and edjohn are sales reps so when they eventually get unimplantable cement block corporas from repeated revisions, they won't be mentioning it...they will simply disappear.

Given that tunneling is a complicated situation and I'm done gloating a mofo as you, here's my modest advice:
UsE A H!gH VoluME D£d!KaTed SurGEON.

No for real, stop using cialis..I would never recommend cialis post op to a recovering patient..there are incision sites that won't be welcoming a forcible gush of blood...unengorged state is enough for wound healing...some doctors even recommend trying to stay unaroused during recovery...given that tunneling is basically creating a new space for cylinders, you are developing a new pseudocapsule(fibrous capsule) around it which will take on average 3 months to fully mature. If I were you I would leave my dick alone for atleast 3 months as much as possible even if i get clearance to sex after 6 weeks...but I will cycle whenever I'm allowed to.

Be well,

He ain't wrong though. Not nice on delivery but his point is fair

It is true that revisions are much more dangerous than stated here often and it's also true that the implant industry is lazy in development and the devices are not even close to as good as they should be

Rider, i hope you recover soon! Give it some rest for a month or two, better to let it heal fully first
