equusAz, thanks for posting a recap of your experience and advice for those considering an implant. I'm a couple months behind you, and yes, we learn a lot along the way about being bionic and about ourselves. Best wishes for continued health and making the most of your return of function !

2wks pain, cycling/sex @ 7wks, minor pain until 10wks, felt like 'new normal' sex @ 16wks

48yo gay married male - Size before = 7.5" x 6.25". AMS 700 CX implanted 12/9/24. 18cm + 1cm RTE and 18cm + 2cm RTE (current 6" x 5.5" - shallow crus).

Thanks for sharing your journey. Your results are impressive. Now that your over a year have you seen any additional changes in girth, length or sensation?
42 yr old. Type2 Diabetic. ED for over 10yrs. Cialis and Viagra stopped work. Tried Trimix March - July 2023 - which worked but hurt and required too much planing. Implanted on Nov 7, 2023 at UC Irvine with Dr. Yafi - Coloplast Titan 18cm - no extenders.

I haven't taken any meaningful measurements in the last several months - I do continue to do my stretching twice a day, but if I am getting gains, they are slow. I prefer to let things develop as they develop - no rush.

Implant is still working just fine. I've found sex to be the easiest to engage in ever in my life - BUT...I do wish I had more engorgement - but that is more due to nerve damage from the Prostatectomy than anything else. I do have some residual numbness on the underside, but not enough to take away from any sexual enjoyment. Only awkwardness is shaving my balls with the pump in there. I find using a cock ring and inflating helps keep things in proper order when shaving (i.e. no loose hang for that). In a couple of months I'll post a 1.5 year update.
