First PIV Orgasm Since Surgery

Hey all…

Since my surgery 10/21/2026 I have been able to orgasm from masturbation, but not from PIV or oral sex (but oral has always been difficult to get me off and I've had trouble with PIV orgasm since a year before surgery). I got divorced right at the time I was implanted, and since I have met a wonderful, very sexual woman a couple of months ago and we have been having a LOT of sex. Over the weekend we had intercourse eight times in one day, lol…she loves the implant and so do I!

I have been trying to re-train myself to have PIV orgasms by not using any toys, drugs like Cabergoline or PT-141, and letting things just happen naturally. It finally paid off and I had my first PIV orgasm in well over year. My girl and I were both thrilled. I don’t expect an instant turn around, but I’m making progress and hope to build on it.

To others who have frustrations with orgasm or sensation, just be patient, keep at it, and don’t put pressure on yourself. It’s likely you can improve things over time.

Glad to hear it, Elbow! My experience is that continues to get easier over time. Granted it is close to two years since implantation, but I am now back to regular PIV orgasms after struggling with it for a long time. Glad to hear it’s going well.

4 months past surgery - and still cannot PIV Orgasm -- but staying positive!
Sensation still not back fully -- seems to be better each week -- but get frustrated at times.
For sure enjoying the new way of life, and the ability to stay erect with no pressures, just wanting more of the sensations to return probably quicker than is possible.
Still dealing with cold glans too -- hanging in there!!

I think things started to turn for me in the past month. I still have a bit of reduced sensation particularly on the underside of the shaft, and intermittent cold glans. But everything is improving and I’m confident it will for you too. Stay positive and keep practicing!
