Kodixx wrote:1984ptc, congrats on closing in on your pre-op size. FWIW, I chose to go gradually and it took around 9-10 months to get back to pre-op size.
I have no regrets
- I pumped until I felt pain, not a lot, and stopped until it was almost gone.
- Then added more mini-pumps until the low level pain returned.
- Repeat, repeat, repeat. Results are in the sig line below.
Eventually the pump bulb would get hard as a marble and I couldn't mini-pump more. Now I still cycle and/or have sex daily, but little to no pain anymore. Best wishes !

I hope you don’t mind me asking a bit more about your experience. I understand you had a seroma/hematoma after a straightforward virgin IPP procedure, and I know complications can occur even with very experienced surgeons. Given Dr. Hakky’s strong historical track record, I’m wondering whether you feel this was an isolated event or whether you’ve noticed any change in his outcomes recently.
I’ve also noticed he’s been offering a broader range of services lately, including wellness treatments and other cosmetic procedures, and I’m curious whether that shift in focus has affected his practice in any way from your perspective. I value your insight and would appreciate any thoughts you’re comfortable sharing.
