Ok, I had my first sex last week. My scar tissue on the incision site (sub coronal) is still hard so can be a little painful if rubbed too hard. When I masturbate I can avoid that issue but was not sure how it would be during sex.

I’m glad you’re still having success with concealment. I’m assuming you’re still stowing upwards?

In my case, I’m having the opposite. I stow downwards because it’s what is most comfortable for me, but getting used to being more of a “shower” is a lot more awkward than I thought it would be. Especially with the Rigi10 which wants to point towards 4.5 o clock, even after bending. Compression underwear has been my only solution (and doesn’t work perfectly), but at this stage in my healing can be a bit snug.

Yes I am stowing it upwards, I noticed yesterday I was able to point it downwards and keep it in my underwear that way, did not put pants on so not sure how much it would stick out so to speak.

a little off topic ,but going down on a girl in thailand didnt give you concerns ?
they have some beautys there "for rent" but the fact that they have who knows how guys per week would keep me from doing anything with them .

I am not that concerned with the ladies in Thailand, some have had a lot of partners, but I have never in 20+ years had any real problems. Overdue update ahead. I have not been real active to this point for a variety of reasons, two of which are the sensitivity of my scar tissue (sub coronal incision) and the internal stitches from the Peyronies graft, which to be honest feel more like staples than stitches.

I have been with 4 ladies and each experience has been different. The second was the first time with intercourse and my mind was concerned about pulling out too far and having my penis drop to the left as it naturally sits now and that causing problems on re-entry.
