Separatec Underwear - Total game changer for my Implant

Postby ColoplastTitanUpOver » Sat Apr 11, 2026 4:30 pm

After my Titan implantation, I thought the hardest part was behind me. I have to give a shout-out that Separatec underwear has been a total game changer for me for comfort.

Even though my recovery went pretty smooth, everyday life still had its annoyances. Traditional briefs and boxers always created this constant pressure and bunching that made my implant, with those sharp dog ears, feel really noticeable and uncomfortable. It was especially bad during long walks or at the local gym during those guided senior workouts. The rigid cylinders would shift around awkwardly, and I was constantly adjusting and feeling self-conscious.

Then I discovered Separatec underwear and damn, what a difference. Those designs with the supportive pouch that keeps everything in its own compartment changed the game for me, imo. The first time I put a pair on, it was a massive revelation. The individual pouch cradled my implant gently but securely, no more pinching or weird migration, just natural movement.

No fabric bunching against the shaft or sack anymore. The breathable, moisture-wicking bamboo fabric keeps everything cool and dry, which has really helped with irritation around the surgical sites.

Now I can run, lift, and sit through meetings without thinking about it. And intimacy? So much better. My beautiful wife just opens the pouch, plays with my member, and it’s gotten really easy for her to give me blowjobs. She pumps it up until I’ve got a semi chub and sends me straight to heaven. Seriously, I’m the luckiest man alive.

My Titan finally feels like a seamless part of me. Separatec literally gave me my freedom back, total game changer for comfort, confidence, and living life fully again.

Highly recommend if you’re dealing with any discomfort down there with the plasticky crinkly Titan cylinders. Sorry for this long rant, but I have to get it off my chest, guys.

Thank you Separatec! To those still recovering - Ice Ice Ice Rest and Separatec!

Do you point it up or down in the separatec?

I don’t think up would be an option… they don’t have much pouch to begin with and of course a waistband lies right above the base of your dick. Not sure how it would work. I would love something that had ball space and also a generous sheath to hold me straight up to my belly button, but it would require a really high waist.

Separatec is a great concept but needs bigger pouches. With big balls literally the only comfortable brand is WildmanT.

Separatec also sells a version with a larger pouch. They fit much better. I tried Wildman but they make my penis very noticeable when flaccid.

Do you know what it's called? I looked at all their items and I don't see a pouch size.

I used Separatec underwear as well, and it didn't work well. The problem for me post-op being the very tip of my glans was hyper-sensitive, and not in a good way. The problem is they put a damn seam right down the middle of the pouch. It was like rough sandpaper scrubbing my glans with every step. It was painful. I found Shinesty to be a better alternative. They have a seam, but it is really subdued. What I don't understand is why, especially with some of the silky type materials, they insist on a damn seam. It's not needed there. They can be sewed to the sides in a way that a natural pouch is formed without a seam. I'm guessing it's cheaper to use a seam. Just my guess.

I'm almost 12 weeks post-op now, and that hyper-sensitive sensation has largely disappeared, and I can even wear my Hanes I had before the surgery. For anyone considering buying some of this expensive underwear, beware if your glans is really sensitive post-op.

What about when it comes to the call of nature? Is any brand recommended for ease of getting it out?
