Separatec Underwear - Total game changer for my Implant

After my Titan implantation, I thought the hardest part was behind me. I have to give a shout-out that Separatec underwear has been a total game changer for me for comfort.

Even though my recovery went pretty smooth, everyday life still had its annoyances. Traditional briefs and boxers always created this constant pressure and bunching that made my implant, with those sharp dog ears, feel really noticeable and uncomfortable.
