My deflate button points backward as hakky prefers it that way. Its actually easy for me to deflate now. My pump is real low, behind the balls so its hidden. I dont even feel the tubing.

Its interesting how this device feels so natural to me. Like again, deflated — i wouldnt know i had an implant unless someone told me. Now inflated — its super hard and my glans is like very much engorged with it now which is good. Definitely better than my trimix injection even on a good trimix day. And to think trimix was better than my response to oral pills.

Im happy i took the leap. I can imagine enjoying this for years. Im okay with revisions in the future. Hakky is like a buddy who happens to have amazing skills. God bless that man. Its good were close in age and hes still young enough to do a couple of my revisions.
My device comes with a 10 yr warranty. How about yours?

Encouraging to hear of your size improvement and engorgement after week 1. Ive not had any engorgement for this first week and no girth improvement. So hopefully next week I'll join you in that!

I thought Rigicon did lifetime warranty? It's a little different for me as I'm on the NHS so I get free treatment / replacement anyway. Not sure what the warranty would be or how it would work tied into NHS.

For all its failings free public healthcare is pretty amazing in that way. Not perfect but pretty good. You can trust the advice in the way that they're not selling you anything too.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.

Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

My glans is now engorged when i pump max (at least to my tolerance max). Im cycling 3x a day at 20 mins each. Cant tolerate for much longer yet. My flaccid now is bigger than when i was immediately post op. So youll get there man once you start cycling. I use 2 hands to pump as the bulb is hard. I get a soreness in my infrapubic area/base of the penis after i deflate and it lasts for a couple hours. I guess its part of the territory as my body gets used to this. Still taking 200 of ibuprofen daily and 500 of tylenol daily. Not too bad but would also like to be off pain meds. Never needed to take the oxy prescribed to me.

Asked my surgeon when im cleared for sex/masturbation and he said 4 weeks. So another 2 weeks for me.

One thing ive learned that helps is taking a hot shower while maxed out. It helps you tolerate the inflation pressure. Makes it easy to deflate too. I wish im cleared for a hot tub but he wont let me until 4 weeks out as well.

Started to do perito as well. I think length will just come by so slowly we wont notice it dramatically. At this stage, even if i only gain 0.5 inches back ill be happy considering how hard i am now and how ive regained most of my width back. Might do filler if i have to.

Cant wait for the day to come when im fully pain free.
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one

Glad you're doing well. The first few weeks are tough.
When doc allows you to bathe the hot tub is a great place to cycle.
