Hey guys, 7 weeks update:
At 2 weeks I was whining and complaining about size and now, I almost recovered all of my size when fully pumped and engorged. It’s incredible how things can quickly improve.
I haven’t had sex yet, but ejaculation and sensation is 100% normal .
Only concern is tubing at the base of my penis where the incision was. Little worried it will affect the total penetrative length because it feels like a wall right now.

To be honest, the biggest challenge is getting used and confortable with a permanent semi-erection when I’m outside.
I bought few different boxer briefs brands and also a compression shorts from under armour for better concealment. If the underwear is not tight enough to keep it pointing up, my penis sticks out and becomes very visible and uncomfortable.
