Difficult to say. I got my implant in 08/2023, my girlfriend does not live here in Germany, I only see her 2-3 times per year when I’m traveling to her home country. And then, we’re having a lot of sex. So I seems it happened last November during my last visit. Now she’s here in Germany in a visitors visa.

Is Ejaculation and orgasm and sensation all same like before ??
How long can take to ejaculate first round sex.

“I have been reading this forum, and I noticed that some men say their ejaculation is delayed and they have no orgasm after the implant, while others say they are very happy and even have better satisfaction and stronger orgasms than before. So I am confused: is delayed ejaculation or lack of orgasm caused by the implant itself, or is it related to personal health conditions like prostate removal or diabetes?”

I am young men first 20s and healthy completely,

Thank you very much to help

Yes, orgasm, sensation and ejaculation is the same. No change. Why would you expect a change in that respect? The implant only replaces the corpus cavernosum with plastic cylinders. Everything else stay intact (unless your surgeon makes a mistake and damages the nerves).

Thank you very much, brother for your experience,

Do you have an inflatable implant or a malleable one?
I shared this topic on the forum about penile prosthesis durability. I am new to Germany and I do not have medical insurance. If I choose an inflatable implant, I would not be able to afford a revision surgery soon because I need time to work and save money—maybe around 10–15 years would be manageable.
However, I am concerned about early failure. What if the implant fails sooner?
That is why I am considering a malleable implant for its durability, but since I am a young man, I am not sure if it is the right option for me.
