I want to ask you something important. What do you think is the reason for your delayed orgasm and inability to ejaculate? While you masturbation is ok, Do you think it could be nerve damage from the surgery or it's psychological, or is it related to the implant itself?

Also, what did your doctor tell you about this issue? Did they explain why ejaculation is difficult or not happening during sex?

not a bad idea with the fertility clinic and insemination, however, when you can achieve ejaculation via masturbation sand your sperms are healthy, why not simply try to insert your rigid penis in your wifey's vagina or immediately during ejaculation? The ejaculation happens in multiple short shoots and there a millions of sperms to achieve pregnancy.
I think it's much easier than all the procedure of insemination.
Just my 2 cents as a physician.
