I was more or less the same and maybe gained 0.5 cm since surgery, and I was very late with cycling. I think you guys are much too early after so short time, your dick and balls are still full with trauma and I could not imagine to cycle after such a short time. Be aware the 10ax is not easy to deflate at all, if you are still swollen you will prolong your healing because I think you manage this only under painkillers and this again brushes over eventually other issues. Be patient my advice.

When you say that you were pretty much the same size, how soon after surgery do you mean? Immediately after? Because like I said, that's definitely not me.

I have to be honest and say that the left side of my scrotum in particular still isn't ready for l cycling. Still way too tender.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.

Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

I saw immediately that I am now a shower because my flacid was nice and full compared before and as soon I start to cycle I saw and measured that my size was closed to the same as before surgery. I had 16,5 cm VED but this does not count because you wont get that back due do the pressure VED gives your tissue over a very short time. So my size bone pressed is 15,5 wich now is 0,8 cm away from where I am. Between 14,5 and 15. And will I gain 0,5 cm I am satisfied if not I dont care she gets multiple already thats fine with me.
I mean I would not mind I had 18-20 cm dick, even if its not always an advantage, but god or my father did not give it to me, so we life with what we got and make the best out of it. As long it is bionic we are all doing fine I think.

Relax forget cycling now, I could not start before week 10 and it did not give me any disadvantage.
68 years old, good shape but 10 years struggle with VED, pills, needles.
arterial sclerosis comb.with venous leak.
Rigicon infla 10ax, 22(12+10) x12 + 1cm rte. Dr. Beley, Paris. 06.11.25
before implant: VED 6,5 x 4.9 bone pressed.

Its bigger already than compared to 3 days ago. My flaccid is bigger already too. So, patience.:) theres a good chance we will at least make it to 6.5 inches minimum for length which is still above average, though im really hoping to get back to 7 inches length. Im less worried about girth at this time as my base girth is already back to normal.

Interesting. Maybe they were trialling the larger resevoirs out there. I got 110ml.

My dick looks totally different. Crooked, very thin, floppy glans, low angle. I did apparently have fibrosis though so perhaps that's why. There needs to be a lot of change that's for sure. I'll be cycling heavily, VED S's traction and I'll get a second opinion... Maybe MRI for peace of mind

What was your situation re fibrosis?

Lots of fibrosis on right side. Little blood flow too. He couldnt get the dilator in. He had to use the scissors of sorts to break the fibrosis.

No floppy glans. Both tips are in mid glans though off by about 2 mm. It doesnt change how my glans appear though. No tilting of glans or anything. Unit is perfectly straight but points/tilts right side which is my normal. Solid base, no wobbling. Very rigid. Interestingly my flaccid is bigger now than when i was immediately post implant since i started cycling. I would say wait til you can cycle first. Its really too son for us to notice anything.
Became bionic 3/2026. Hakky - rigicon infla10ax 23 cm (22+1 rte). Chronic ed - tried pills, ved, bimix/trimix. Had mild venous leak on doppler. Took the plunge when ultrasound showed fibrosis and i knew it was only a matter of time before i needed one
