I'm 5 months out of penoscrotal implant surgery now. I have a 21 cm Titan (RTE included).
I only realised maybe 3+ months after surgery that I had been partially inflated all the time. I had mostly been going around all day every day with maybe 10% or 15% inflation.
It was only after I deflated myself while lying flat in bed one night, did I notice that my penis totally squished into an empty crisp packet. That was the aha moment when I realised I had fully deflated my implant to 0%.
A week or so after that I deflated nut left about 10% in again by mistake and accidentally left it like that for about a week.
So basically I've had some partial inflation most of the time with my implant.
I must say the fully inflated implant looks and feels a bit odd, whereas it looks and feels a bit more natural with maybe 10% inflation. With a few small pumps the penis kind of fills into a more natural more well structured shape.
Does a tiny bit of inflation all the time badly damage your penis or implant? I heard one person here say it totally does, but a bit more insight would be good. I just feel like it's way more natural with a tiny bit of inflation.

That’s probably a good question for your doctor, but if you want pedestrian opinions, here is one: the concern with never fully deflating your implant is that a capsule might form around your reservoir that doesn’t allow you to fully deflate it in the future.
I can’t think of why it would otherwise be a concern. But even that doesn’t strike me as serious. There is not a big difference between fully deflated and being at 15%.
Personally, sometimes I just want my big full dick to go away when I’m not using it. So giving it a little squeeze to get the last bit out feels good. Mine doesn’t look weird when I do so. But who is looking? Unless you are wandering around a nudist camp all the time, giving it a complete drain every now and then can’t be that big of a deal.

Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Leto is right - not being fully deflated isn’t a major issue, I remember seeing this on one of Perito’s videos. He actually spoke in one also that some guys give a pump or two to help with dog ears and also mild dribbling, I believe.
33 yrs old. ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.

Interesting LetoMan that you have the same setup as I do, AMS 700 CX 21 cm, and I'm assuming you have the MS pump. For me, after pressing the release valve, I squeeze my dick to get it fully "drained". But, after a few minutes, I have a bit of fullness in my dick. I wouldn't call it an erection, but it definitely isn't fully flaccid. I'm guessing there is some blood flow back around the cylinders causing the inflation. I tried after fully deflating pressing the pump slightly to lock the valve in the fill position. Same result, I get some inflation, so I know it isn't any backflow from the reservoir. I don't find it a problem, but it definitely has left me a shower.
Irish Lad 34, I don't think a small amount of inflation is a problem, but as LetoMan said, good question for your doctor.
All the best to you going forward with your Bionic tool.

Most likely your getting feed back from that portion of your implant past where you can squeeze it! You can only squeeze from tip to base of shaft. There’s usually 3-5cms of implant still full of fluid that settles back evenly when your done deflating.
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.
