Re: 1st time sex with implant (18th attempt)
Dear Richard, perhaps a little mental imagery will help. Or have her massage and rub your nipples during sex. They are very sensitive, and that can enhance your orgasm. You could also try a longer foreplay. It works quite well for me in terms of orgasm.

richard_goes_bionic wrote:The dilemma is growing. It was again one of the times when the ability to climax in reasonable time failed. It took me nearly 45 minutes and the main problem is only with hard pounding. You might think, lucky her, she will have multiple orgasm in the same time. It has happened yes but now it is the opposite, because she is already worried before we even start with sex and only concentrates to bring me to climax.
...So what makes the difference here that her pussy is not achieving the same like my hand. It is getting frustrating not only for me but more for her. The physical discomfort (in doggy able to climax) In her back and shoulder during my activities overshadow by far the sexual pleasure and creates an anxiety for the next sexual encounter.
...Let's face it, now we have conquered ED and have a new problem to deal with which is not to underestimate, because wifey already said she wont do this anymore. Due the fact that I can reach orgasm and I also try too, but than only during hard fucking, which again creates to much discomfort for her. Either way we both having a serious problem...
Richard, yes I'm guessing the anxiety both of you are now experiencing is the main culprit. I also really enjoy a long hard fucking, and I'm able to climax from it reliably. Fantastic with an implant as obviously my erection now stays hard indefinitely. I enjoy going for 30-45 minutes or more, stopping now and then for some pussy play. Continually thrusting feels really great, so I often try and prolong it, though I do vary the speed, intensity, angle etc. But I need to be very mindful that my wife also has back issues, so my stamina is now a double edged sword. If I sense that she is having any discomfort it's an immediate turn off. I lose arousal and become anxious, so orgasm then becomes difficult.
One thing we've been doing recently is I now slow right down intermittently and get her to be the dominant partner, grinding and thrusting on my cock at a speed that is comfortable for her. I include some very dirty talk for mutual encouragement. She has been getting right into both. It's often more intense than me just pounding hard continuously. I've had some mind blowing orgasms from it and usually climax faster.

Re: 1st time sex with implant (19-20th attempt)
Thank you guys for your thoughts, encouragement and suggestions.
Two days ago and yesterday the whole dilemma repeats itself. On Monday good sex, at least the first 10 minutes with PIV, with her 2 or 3 orgasm, I am afraid to ask, me zero. Yesterday she wants to help and just let me do my thing but no result. Not PIV in different position, slow, fast, soft, hard, deep, shallow, not handjob, not masturbation, not even handjob with prostate massage. Blowjob wont do it either, she tried.
This started recently because before I could come not easily but in the end I climaxed, also with myself. On our first sex after implant we came together. I really dont know what is the cause of it right now. I just feel a lot of less feelings suddenly on my penis, it's like a rubber dick without sense ability. She thinks the cause is in the brain fore me its physical.
I am not anxious, I was before not now when I know I can perform. She now reaches mostly multiple orgasm because she wants me to come too and continues after her first which results in one or two more, sometimes even 4, while I struggle like hell.
Of course she is exhausted and frustrated because she is looking forward to calm down and relax, but still want to be supportive, when I start my session which again results in nothing.
I start to worry because I dont no why this is happen now and how to solve. She tells me no sex is better than this all the time and I cant blame her. She has started to take the exact time when we start until we (I) give up and it's more or less always more than an hour which again ruins her sexual experience. This means I have to stopp if I dont come during or with her own orgasm and let her enjoy and calm down.
Bionic life has its challenges.

richard_goes_bionic, I mentioned this in a previous post -- when I was experiencing a lot of reduced sensation, I found that a warming lube helped make the most of the sensation that was there. The warmer the better ! And there are 'recipes' online to make even warmer lubes than what's available commercially.
Curious to know whether you've tried this, and whether it had an effect.

richard_goes_bionic, one other thing. Based on some info gathering in the past, a neurological consultation was described as an option for that kind of situation. FWIW -- below is a summary of related information.
- Chuck
AI Overview
Yes, a nerve conduction study (NCS) can be a helpful tool in diagnosing the cause of a numb penis, especially if nerve damage or dysfunction is suspected.
Here's why and how:
What a Nerve Conduction Study Does: NCS measures how well and how quickly electrical signals travel along a nerve. It helps identify if a nerve is damaged, compressed, or not functioning properly.
Relevance to Penile Numbness: Penile numbness, or loss of sensation, can be caused by various factors, including damage or dysfunction of the nerves in the penis or surrounding pelvic area, such as the pudendal nerve.
How NCS Helps: By stimulating the nerves involved in penile sensation (like the dorsal nerve of the penis, a branch of the pudendal nerve) and recording the nerve's response, a healthcare provider can assess the nerve's health and conductivity. Abnormalities in the nerve signal can indicate nerve damage or other nerve problems, which could be the cause of the numbness.
Specific Applications: NCS studies of the dorsal nerve of the penis can be particularly useful in evaluating potential nerve-related causes of erectile dysfunction (ED) and may allow examination of the most distal segment of the pudendal nerve.
However, it's important to remember:
NCS is not the only test: Penile numbness can have numerous causes, and NCS is just one part of a comprehensive diagnostic process. Your doctor may also recommend other tests, such as blood tests, imaging scans (like MRI), or penile biothesiometry, depending on your individual situation.
Treating the underlying cause is key: If a nerve problem is identified as the cause of your penile numbness, treatment will focus on addressing that specific issue, which may involve medication, physical therapy, or other interventions.
If you are experiencing penile numbness, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment. They can determine the underlying cause and recommend the most appropriate course of action, which may include a nerve conduction study.
