Im post op day 11 i think. Started cycling on day 8. Hakky is very aggressive on cycling to help me regain size. I was 7.25 inches bone pressed pre op so again i think we may end up super close. Haha i measured now its 6.25 inches bone pressed. 6 inches at the base girth wise. I actually like this ipp. Deflation is easy with one touch. I cant tolerate long sessions yet- i get super sore as its super hard. Excited for us both. Our implants go up to about 25 cm so if our tissues allow, we should eventually get back to our preop sizes

Cycling on day 8. Wow... That's fast. How was the pain? Swelling? Were you infrapubic or penoscrotal?

I'm penoscrotal... Ive toyed with the idea of trying to pump but it's still too sore for me right now

Im your twin. Penoscrotal. Cycling daily now. Can only tolerate 20-25 minutes. Its very stiff. Tips are in mid glans although theyre off by about 2 mm if i feel the tips but it looks symmetrical. Its very rigid, points straight out for now. Im hitting 5.5 inches already midshaft and 6 inches at the base girthwise. Bpel is 6 inches. Hoping to regain back to at least 7 inches then ill be happy. Finding the deflate button can be challenging sometimes with the swelling i still have. Pumping i use two hands to hit max inflation. Im sure i have a ways to go with my 135 cc reservoir. I usually take ibuprofen or ketorolac before cycling. I get sore afterwards and ice for a few minutes. Itll be very interesting how we both end up brother considering were close in age, size and have the exact same device, measurement and even close surgery dates hahahha

And yes like you ive done pills, injections, p wave, eswt. Had ed since early 20s probably teens if i was honest about it. Only diff im in the us and youre in the uk hahaha

Penuscrotal incision and cycling on day 8... That would be tomorrow for me. I'm gonna go into the hospital this week and see if I can get them to approve it for me.

How was the pain cycling that early?..

How did you find the drain removal? For me it was excruciating. When they pulled it out I felt like someone was slicing the inside of my scrotum with a breadknife. I don't know if thats normal but I don't think so. Its still sore now and makes me think cycling will be difficult until that improves.

I think I just got a 110ml resevoir. I didn't think rigicon made any bigger than that. How did you get 135?

Was there any change to your penis shape or orientation?

You know... Maybe if we'd have done just one more month of. VED we could have hit the max size without any RTEs!

Drain removal was easy. Did it myself. Maybe they didnt remove the negative suction in your case before they pulled thats why it hurt. Its not supposed to. At least thats over.

Shape wise -kinda tapered now. Wide at the base, narrow towards the glans. Its supposed to change as we cycle more. Im hitting 6 inches already at the base girth and 5.5 mid shaft- this early. Mind you i was already thick to begin with.

Rigicon does make 140 cc reservoirs. I saw it on the sheet or form as well. He said ill need the 135 cc because of my size and girth and to thank him later.

Cycling is not comfortable. I can only maintain it now for 20 minutes. Its super hard and ive never been this hard my whole life. I know im not even maxed out yet.

Haha excited for us both as were both young, have the length expanding model. It is already the thickest device currently on the market accdg to Hakky.

I measured 23-23.5. Hakky said he was not gonna use the 24 because proximally i was 10 cm and 13-13.5 distally. He said the tubing of the rigicon was not long enough for my inner corpora and i would end up with a high riding pump which is less ideal. He said he could have fitted a 24 cm titan in me easy.

But then he told me the rigicon goes up to 25 cm with the one we got. So were good. in the future when we get revised well be bigger for sure
