Update + sensitive tips

Just coming up to 12 weeks post-op.
I can say the whole experience has been surprisingly positive. Despite forking out $26k and travelling to the other side of Australia for the procedure, I'm very happy with progress: Very little pain or discomfort immediately after the op. I used the painkillers and anti-inflamatory's for one week.
Cycling commenced at week 4. I was a bit concerned about inflating and deflating due to a bit of arthritis in my fingers and struggled to inflate. The pump felt as hard as a marble. Thankfully, the pump appears to have softened a bit and I easily inflate using two hands. I've been cycling twice a day on average.
I was never preoccupied with size and didn't take measurements before the op. I think I've lost a tiny little bit of length but have a slight increase in girth.
When I inflate, this Titan is rock hard. I've had sex three times. It feels wonderful to be able to get hard and penetrate a woman. No need for excuses or experiencing the depression and embarrassment of not being able to perform. On one occasion, we sat on the couch watching the end of a movie while she stroked and played with my fully erect dick before going to bed, commenting on how impressive that I could maintain hardness for so long!! She never noticed the implant.

The only thing I'm a bit concerned about is the tenderness of the tips of the cylinders. During sex or masturbation, they are very sensitive. They seem to be positioned perfectly: they sit below the glans and extend about 75% along the underside of the glans when erect. They just seem to be so close to the surface of the skin and only a very thin layer of skin covers them. With vigorous sex I have this fear they will break out of the skin. I can feel them easily whether erect or not and I'm surprised couch girl didn't comment on them!. I'll let it go for a bit longer before I contact the clinic. I put a post up about this before, but thought an update would be helpful to others.
Also, I'm very keen to hear from anyone about the sensitivity, placement, or performance of their tips?

I'm 11 weeks post-op today. I've experienced the same feeling, with the ends of the cylinders seemingly jammed very tightly against the glans and super sensitive to any pressure. However, it is getting better day by day. For several weeks, any kind of stroking caused discomfort at the cylinder/glans that was a total deal breaker. That, along with discomfort along the length of the shaft with inflated cylinders. That too has really improved a lot over the past couple of weeks.

I still have some surface numbness of the glans which has prevented me from having an organism, but that is also improving daily. The underside is very sensitive including the frenulum and the wife takes full advantage of that to get me as close as possible. And, she has enjoyed the PIV sex now that I have a fully erect dick and I certainly enjoy watching her get off after so many frustrating years. My turn coming up shortly. Bottom line once again is this is a marathon, not a sprint.

I am at nine weeks and have noticed the same thing. It’s especially noticeable if you go really deep and “hit the back wall.” I had sex a couple of weeks ago, and it felt like the tip of my dick was slamming into a hard barrier. I could absolutely feel the tips poking into my glans. I couldn’t orgasm because it was uncomfortable. I want to believe that your body will adjust to this and create a capsule and some thickening of tissue to cushion. I don’t have any problem during masturbation or sex otherwise. It’s more of a depth and penetration issue for me.
