Thanks bro. The shape really is not too bad when I have a fully engorged urethra and engorged glans. It's very much like a normal erection. I'll try masturbating lying flat on my back a few more times and see if it's any better in that position because it seems to favour the flatter shape mostly when I lye flat. I might also try using a VED to see if it helps. Length and girth is mostly back to normal though at this stage. There's little to no size difference now. While standing up or sitting up I find masturbating and ejaculating very pleasant at this stage. I think it will be good for sex. I'm optimistic with it now, and reaching a stage where I think I'm feeling satisfied. Are you due an implant soon yourself?

Im likely expecting a Rigicon in March. Timing wise that would be ideal for me. Glad to hear you're pretty much there with yours. You're still so early. Do keep us updated

Cool. Why are you going for the Rigicon and what has Ralph said about the Rigicon?

I'm exactly 8 weeks today and pretty much fully recovered. I don't get how I'd gain any size from this point on because the size is mostly there already and there's not much room for any more expansion, but if I do get any gains I'll take it as a pleasant surprise.

Based on my experience if you give yourself 6 weeks to recover you should be alright. When I say recover I mean mostly rest and sit around doing very little.

Timeline for me was like:
Week 1 - mostly just lying around taking antibiotics and going between appointments. Everything will feel tight and vulnerable. You'll be over and back to get the drain out and to see how you're healing etc. It's not too bad if you're lying around snoozing and watching TV etc. But if you go walking around the shops and stuff you'll feel weak and sore. After 2 days I travelled on the Tubes in London and went to the supermarket. I wouldn't reccomend that lol. Your penis will also be poking out and you'll be eager to poke it and feel it. That aspect of it can really annoy you.

Week 2 - mostly sitting around again but you should be a bit more active and less snoozy. Fit for sitting around the house with tracky bottoms on.

Week 3 - you might start cycling around now and you'll be walking around more and maybe getting back into work from home etc. With the cycling and washing and moving around the pain might flare up a bit. Scabs and bruises should be almost all healed by now.

Week 4 - You'll be cycling. Pumping to the point of pain. Maybe moving around more. Perhaps driving and doing more things. I actually found this my most painful and one of my most challenging weeks because I tried going back to the office with office pants and it aggravated everything. Gave me pain that felt like inflammation. Cycling to the point of pain was frequent as well at this stage. After a day in the office I got so sore I had to book a few more days of work from home.

Week 5 - This was probably where I saw the biggest improvements. Became a lot more comfortable. Had a lot less pain. Was able to move around the office a bit more and get outside for short walks. Was masturbating too although that was a bit sore.

Week 6 - Mostly healed. Back out jogging although the penis would get uncomfortable in the pants sometimes. Able to do most things.

Week 7 - Back to lifting weights in the gym. Little to no cycling pain. Easy to inflate to 100%. Able to drive long distances with no discomfort. Not really thinking so much about the implant any more.

Length for me came back almost immediately with cycling. Biggest length gains came in the first day or 2 of cycling it was like the implant sort of unravelled like an accordion. Smaller gains came over the space of a few weeks. Masturnation and ejaculation probably helped a lot. Girth kind of expanded a bit over the space of a few weeks. I find urethra and glans engorgement makes a big difference to the look and feel of the penis, and adds a bit of size too, bringing it back to near enough it's natural size.

I'm going for Rigicon because apparently it has the best features of the other two combined. Good size and rigidity, natural flaccid state and if AX length expansion too.

Ralph seems not too bothered one way or other and says all 3 are good.

Come back in a few months and tell us how you're getting on.

5 Month Update:

Haven't posted here in a while but anyway it's been nearly 5 months now since my penoscrtoal Titan Implant with Dr Rowland Rees in London.

I can confirm now that the result is generally good.

I had sex with it once with an escort about 9 or 10 weeks after the procedure, and it worked very well, although I didn't get around to lying down with her on top (cowgirl). I was able to penetrate hard and fast with her though, we went at it with me kind of leaning back and her sitting backwards and me thrusting it up into her in a nice healthy fashion.

Ejaculating with it is good. When I stand straight I can shoot big loads of cum and shoot hard across a good distance. I used to always shoot buckets with my natural horn.

I only realised after about 12 weeks that I was going around with about 15% inflation in it the whole time. I hope this is not harmful.

Pros are it's reliable and often the look and feel of the inflated erection is good, although it is often different to my natural horn. It looks better when I stand up straight as opposed to lying on my back. It's reliable, I know now I can have sex at the drop of a hat again if I ever want or need to.

Cons are it's definitely an implant. I can feel a bit of tubing behind the base of the penis. With the implant and pump in place my sack is generally lifted up a little bit more. The pump is very obvious. You'd know it's an implant. On a bad day it looks and feels a bit thinner, more plastic and less meaty but it's not like that all the time. I think heat and natural arousal help. I would say as well from a woman's perspective it might not feel as good giving a blowjob, because you'd probably feel the plastic composition or structure in your mouth. But these trade offs are definitely worth it for a fully functional cock. Just hope I get a good few years out of it.

Signing off here and saying it's all good from me. Length and girth is pretty much the same as it was before even if it looks and feels slightly different.

Comfortably 6.3 inch bone pressed length girth 4.4 - 4.6 inches.

Thanks for the update. Well done getting through. Good to hear all went well. I'm about a week post op from Ralph. My dick is much smaller and more deformed currently. I'm hoping there'll be big changes and soon.

Hey Irish Lad,
I remember you had some issues with tubing at the base of your penis. I’m experiencing the same and I was wondering if it will affect and interfere with penetration depth ?
Six weeks post op and haven’t had sex yet. Tubing is very noticeable and looks like it will shorten my usable length

No worries bro. How much smaller and deformed is it?

Mine looked terrible too for a while, it was certainly 2cm shorter in the first few weeks after surgery before I could cycle. Then it went even smaller after an appointment where the doctor squeezed the last drop of fluid out of it.

I recall mine looked like ETs finger when I unwrapped it.

I was going mad at the airport travelling home - looking at it in the toilet - wrapping bits of toilet paper around it and using that as measuring tape, and measuring it against an online ruler on my phone. Mine had gone skinnier and shorter. I was going insane with it.

You're probably in that "what the fuck have I done" stage now.

For me week 5 was where I saw the biggest improvement in terms of pain going away etc etc.

I think what helped me a lot as well was cycling to max inflation as early as possible. Soon as you can cycle you should try and pump it up as much as you can once or twice a day and be consistent with it for at least a few weeks.

You'll be grand though. Hang in there.

Hi mate. Yeah I was a bit concerned about the tubing too. I think mine improved a bit. It definitely hasn't totally gone away, I can feel tubing at the base and can see it as well if the scrotum is hanging low, but it's not very obstructive. It doesn't bother me at all any more..there's no discomfort in it.

I don't think it makes a big difference to my pre-op penetrative length. Maybe I've lost 0.5cm or 0.7cm penetrative length with it but I'm not sure, maybe less than that. I know still stuff it right into a fanny so it doesn't have much of a negative impact for me any more.

I'd say just hang in there and try not to worry for now.

Im an inch shorter and maybe that much skinnier. It's the girth more than anything that's concerning me. The doctor said the cylinders were 80% inflated. If that's true then that's worrying as they're very slim.

In addition to that my gland is hooked downwards and my dick is strongly pointing to the left. But that could be fibrosis waiting to stretch out.

What day post op did you start cycling?

I'm penuscrotal so I don't think the pain will let me for another week at least tbh
