Mine only makes noise if I pump quickly and that is only for the first 5 or 6 pumps.
If I’m concerned about discretion I do those 5 or 6 pumps before I arrive (if it’s a hookup) or excuse myself to the bathroom briefly.
The other thing is just go down on them and they won’t hear anything over the moaning.
