Irish Lad 34, FWIW, since you're only 2-3 weeks post-op it seems more likely that the change in size is due to residual swelling going away than any change in the tunica's girth/size.

Also I measured my girth today and it has shrank a good bit in the last week which is kind of scary.

Day 7

Again healing seems to be going very well, no swelling i can see, im moving around well just had a walk to the shop and was no issue at all.

As things are healing up I'm beginning to notice that the right tip seems to sit outside of the glans and is very noticeable, the left on the other hand is very discreet and what i would have expected. Is this normal at this stage and is it something that naturally improves with time?

I feel more comfortable this is normal but the same also appears to apply to the right underside of my shaft, it seems to bulge in the middle and has several hard ridged sections, is this also normal and soemthing that improves with time?

I had my surgery with Ralph this week. I too have the same issus as you with a prominent tip. For me it's the right tip which looks like it's about to burst out my glans. I do have fibrosis on the left side which was discovered during surgery. I wonder if this has restricted the left cylinder and therefore prevented it from advancing as far as the right one. I just remembered you posting about this and thought I'd check in.

How have you gotten on with this?
