Dr. Clavell did my surgery. He used the LGX and it turned out fantastic! Ask and you shall receive.
Age 74 Implanted 01/02/2024, Dr.Clavell AMS LGX, Ed for almost 20yrs. Cialis tried caused vision loss, Trimix also caused vision problems. Married 36 years.

You forgot the most important and most likely choice.

Go ahead and take your BPFSL measurement. Did you pull hard or gently? Did you use 5 lbs of force or 15 lbs? The surgeon has complete control over his measuring technique and because of the flexibility of a penis, there is probably a multi-cm difference between gently inserting the dilator and pushing firmly. I am certain this is the majority of the variation we see between guys who gain a little vs lose a little.
