Sounds great, just take it easy and let the healing happen.

Thank you bro. That's what im doing. Not sure how I feel about it all yet but I've read so much from yall I'm trying not to let my thoughts or feelings get in the way. Also trying to adjust to this hard 3rd nut in my sack. No discomfort but definitely different grabbing my balls and feeling it there

Congrats Azchris, welcome to the bionic brotherhood :D. As you recover I'll be interested to compare results and performance between your 21 cm CX and my 21 cm LGX. Did you get the Tenacio pump, or the earlier MS pump that I have? Eventually the feeling of strange foreign objects in your ball sac and elsewhere wears off and all feels normal. You'll get used to grabbing the pump, and using it will become a very natural thing to do in my experience.

Thank you bro. Each day gets a lil better. I a
Waking up with good glans engorgment but I never really struggled there just the shaft staying hard. Today marks 1 week. The pain hasn't been that bad considering. Actually suprised. Just been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol since surgery. I can't wait to pump.

I was posed to have this done Jan 13th, it was rescheduled by dr, but I'm grateful for the extra time to research and pray about it more. I am nervous but I have alot of peace right now. Im in the hands of a very experienced surgeon as well. Thank you to all the men on here for sharing your journeys and for the ones I spoke to privately. Im trusting the process and preparing myself mentally. The freedom that will come with no more shots and spontaneity back in my marriage is exciting. Ive done so much research in the last year and im trusting this will be a game changer! It is bitter sweet tho saying goodbye to the only erection ive known even if it has been thru shots for a while now. Much love and God bless you all.

Congrats man. I’m only a few years younger and about to take the plunge for the exact same reason( be free of injections). First, every time I read someone like you posting that they made the leap I’m just in awe of the absolutely bravery. I’m scared out of my mind so I commend you. I’ll be interested to see how you do with the Ams cx. I’m 14 days out from my own surgery and my doc is either going to place me with a Titan or Ams cx. The one question I have for you now is do you think you would be okay taking care of your self recovery wise if you didn’t have your wife there to help based on what you’ve experienced so far? I ask because my girlfriend left me a few months back and I’m going through this alone. Many have said I should be okay but always good to get a fresh perspective.

The day of surgery I went home with a blood drain in and a catheter until I saw him the next morning. I definitely needed help the first 24 hours with how my dr did it. After that help is still nice bro but I was prescribed no pain pills and glad cause I didn't need em. Just Tylenol and ibuprofen. Im so glad I took the leap of faith. With the ams 700cx. My dick looks the same and even feels the same when I whip it out to take a piss. I struggled for months with this decision but after tons of research, much prayer I had peace in the 2 weeks leading up to surgery and even the morning off. I want my sexual freedom back and my confidence as a man! Im on my way there and can't wait to start pumping.
