Mine is over 8 years old. if I pump it up extra hard and use it a lot. the next day I am sore. it is still your dick. dont abuse it.

I have to imagine there is an individuality to it because lots of guys use it at 100% for hours.

Not necessarily saying you don’t cycle enough but it seems that at some point it depends on whether the implant is expanding to its own limits… im other words, if your dick doesn’t ever stretch to the full size of the implant it is still being “cycled” every time it’s at max pressure where someone who has stretched to the implant dimensions is not putting strain on the penis anymore.

There will always be some aspect that grinding your soft tissue between a vagina and a hard place will eventually feel raw of course…

edjohn, My surgeon sized me to the max. Your tunica can only hold so much. Put strain on it from the inside and it is going to ache. If you use it 100% pumped for hours with no pain, your Dr undersized you.

Thats awesome for you… I mean you have potential if you want it. What I am saying is it is up to us as patients to either hold what we’ve got to avoid pain or cycle aggressively for as many years as it takes to adapt to the “full” size of our current implants, which means size gains by definition. Guys do exercises for years to make that kind of progress because when you are training it from the outside you have to be careful of the skin and soft tissue. With an implant, you have a literal tissue expander that puts direct force on your dick. All you have to do is be committed but also careful not to overtrain.

What I am trying to relate is your tunica's do not expand. Once you reach their expanded size limit they will not expand wider or longer.
