You would be the only one who would notice it and after a few months even you wouldn’t. I have experienced cold glans since I’ve been implanted several times on cold days… I’ve also experienced cold glans prior to implant on a cold days!! Blood flow is separate and if you having issues with the flow that feeds the glans it will be the same after implant. Second question… I have used 5mg daily cialis most days and occasionally will go 10mg on a day I’m going to have sex. Makes things fill out better along the whole shaft and the glands

Totally agree Rider1400. The Cialis might not work for everyone with cold glans or lack of some glans engorgement, but I do notice a difference using Cialis prior to sex.

I'm very much a grow-er not a show-er. I more than double in size from flaccid to erect. My glans is tiny compared to when erect and I'm concerned about it looking distorted on the end of my erect size penis when not aroused.

How has other growers found this?

If not aroused when flaccid does it look totally disproportionate? And same when inflated when not aroused?

What medicine do you use to engorge the glans if at all?

When I pump it up from baseline, my glans does look a small compared to the erect shaft. But I’ve never found it to be a problem. The cylinders extend 2/3-3/4 into the glans, so there’s no issue with putting on a condom or penetrating. And of the 20+ women I’ve been with since the implant, not one has commented on anything looking/feeling abnormal. Well, apart from how solid my erection is, of course. Haha. I think there’s so much anatomical variation between penises, women don’t really take note of these types of differences. So ultimately I wouldn’t worry about it. Like the other guys have mentioned, when you get close to climax, your glans will swell and probably give you an extra 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. But the important part will be supplied by the implant, and once you get accustomed to using it, you’ll just inflate and go to town and not even think about your glans.

My doctor prescribed 100 mg Cialis for cold glans. I take it an hour or more before sex and I immediately noticed that it helped a bit with engorgement as well as the cold glans, so a nice side effect.

I don't know if a lower dose would have the same effect. That 100 mg might not work for guys who hit the sack multiple times a week. At my age, there are several days between sex, so not a problem of accumulating too much Cialis in my bloodstream.

Yeah, you see, I want to get away from having to take any medication... Injections work for me somewhat but if I'm meeting a girl I have to sneak round the corner in an alley or a pub toilet to inject right before to use it before it wears off.

That's my main drive towards getting an implant!

If that's your main drive, don't. Just tell her what's going on and move on. You CAN'T hide ED forever. Even if you don't plan to spend your life with this particular girl, imagining that you'll eventually live with someone and somehow hide ED is absurd and bound for disaster.
A simple spontaneous cuddle that escalates to her groping your penis etc would instantly put you in a very shitty situation, when your body won't react in the traditional way. Then there will be questions, doubts, awkward explanations etc.

With ED, you always have to be honest right off the bat, don't try to mask it.
