As mentioned by Clavell and agreed upon by Malik at 1:30 that length following a penile implant will not improve.

Let's just keep it simple, just write your pre implant length below followed by your post implant length. If it's shorter post implant then only write below if you're at least one year out from surgery.

Re: "Length definitely will not improve"
To tell you the truth I no longer listen to doctors (any doctors) when they say that your length would not improve. I won't even ask them about it anymore. I already know their answer. I spoke to 4 doctors and they all say the same.
I pretty sure that they all know that it's possible to add to your length following implantation but they need to say that it isn't in order to lower your expectations.
Most everybody that comes to them for the implant expect their doctor "to make it bigger". Well, doctors know that they can't do that for you, unless the surgery includes TEP component. They can implant you but then it's mainly up to you. With LGX you can add substantially to your preop length. Most every LGX recipient I had interactions with and read from on franktalk say they are noticeably longer than they were preop. AX maybe too, I just don't have the data. Boston Scientific and Rigicon websites claim that too. Even many recipients of CX and Titan and probably X seem to add a bit to their preop length.
Again, unless your surgery involves auxetics it's not up to your doctor. It's up to you and maybe your anatomy but your length could only come from your end. If you cycle regularly when you get a green light, maybe even do Perito exercise, and/or pump if your doctor approves, or at your own risk based on the info that you get from the members here - I reckon you stand a good chance of adding to your preop length. If not, it's highly unlikely it's going to happen no matter what you get yourself implanted with.
So do your surgery tomorrow mate. Expect some penile length loss immediately postop. When your doctor tells you that you may cycle, that is what would probably make you longer. Again, "probably" is always an operative term (there are no guarantees in life, I'm sure you know that by now) but nearly everybody I see here were able to at least regain their preop length. Many added a bit to it. Good luck!

In recovery he literally said they all improve length. That's what got me researching and discovering they all reach lengths beyond spec. Doctors just don't want to be quoted on it and inflate every patient's expectations.
I was the same immediately after and at 6 months I am already seeing increase. I believe he does phenomenal work but I also used a VED religiously and still use the bathmate to assist cycling.

Re: "Length definitely will not improve"
First, very important to consider patient size well before implant and after implant recovery. If you're a dude in your 60s and you've had ED for a decade+, starting to use a VED and then eventually getting an implant is gonna make your dick a hell of a lot longer than it was before. Making up an example think about a 65 year old man and all the damage from fibrosis that made him drop to 4.5" in length but the VED treats or heals his tissues and then the implant brings him to 6"+. I'd call that a serious length improvement.
Secondly, the argument seems to center around something pretty reasonable - there's no way to anatomically change any of your body parts to make them have a different size for the rest of your life, and it especially won't make your tunica albuginea bigger. That's true to a degree. If you had a 7" dick when you were a 22 year old and get an AMS 700 LGX when you're a 55 year old, if you have an autopsy will they find you suddenly have an 8" dick? Probably not. But what does happen in terms of the implant's effect is the AMS can increase your stretched capacity.
Longer explanation here. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=28026&p=270861&hilit=stretched+capacity#p270861
Should I copy/paste it all or just post a link?
Basically devices can stretch your tissues longer and your erections measure longer and go deeper inside vaginas, which is the most important thing. For Titan there's some research of similar results.

Let's just keep it simple, just write your pre implant length below followed by your post implant length. If it's shorter post implant then only write below if you're at least one year out from surgery.
After watching the entire video, I read that part of the conversation between Drs Clavell and Malik as guys expecting to get a penis enlargement from an implant, which is unrealistic. That's why they kept joking about the fact that every patient asks to make it "as big as possible", or "can you make it bigger?". If you've had ED for some time and lost size due to atrophy it is very possible to get back your pre ED size. I think that's a reasonable objective. Many of us have done it, I suspect most do. Sure, there will always be a few who lose some length for a variety of reasons.
For your size comparison question I can't give you my pre op erect length. My ED was total and immediate caused by prostate surgery. I could not get any level of natural erection whatsoever for 3 years, completely flaccid 24/7. The best I can do is that with Trimix on my best day (for the brief period it worked) I got maybe 5 inches bone pressed erect. Post op after recovery and cycling I have achieved a bit over 6.5 inches bone pressed erect. That is also my pre ED size. So I'll say 5 inches pre op and 6.5 inches post op, but it's meaningless without explanation.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
