VED & Traction, Post Implant Increase, Infla10AX, LGX

Ive been offered a surgery date in three days time so I've got a lot of questions right now.

Ive used a VED 3 X per week before Christmas for about 3 months with a one month ish break in January to then continue again. I was also using a Penimaster Pro traction device for roughly the same periods nightly.

Like I've said I've been offered a surgery on Wednesday but I'm concerned that having previously been diligent in using the VED and Penimaster that it would have been a waste of time considering my recent break.

I was thinking to delay the surgery until September / October time and use that time to aggressively pump
and use the Penimaster Pro daily.

That said, I'm getting a Rigicon Infla10 AX (with length expansion). So perhaps that length expansion could contribute to what the traction device was achieving regardless once implanted?

Does anyone have any experience using VED and traction device post implant? Any size improvement?

Particularly interested in those that have a length expanding implant (Infla10AX or LGX). Can you attribute any size increase to these?

My thinking was that if any increase in length can be gained from a traction device that there would be no issue of floppy glans etc with a length expanding implant, where it may not be the case with a static one because of the newly created space in the cavernosum.

I have been using a Bathmate for some time, and haven't noticed a difference until I put on an old unused condom.
OH boy, this size used to fit. Not anymore. It is just amazing how different the size is with just the VED.
I am finally ready to have a Rigicon fitted ASAP, as well as a bladder sling.

This is PRE INPLANT.
Pretty well each time I have a shower, but I also dry myself with it on and have even been known to walk around the house a little . I suppose it's on for about 15 minutes. I use injections (not reliable) while I wait for the implant
In my case, ED was a result of cardiovascular disease, So the penis will never be right without a bit of help

I've used the VED tonight and tbh I'm huge with it. I fill the cylinder with is about 8 inches. But then I used an injection afterwards to compare and I'm around 6.5 to 7 inches (depending on where you measure from). So if bone pressed like the VED then probably 7 inches.

Im not satisfied using the injections now. Tired of mixing and injecting. Feels so unnatural and a solid hard erection lasts around 45 mins, which isn't bad, but not great if you're pre-empting sex or with someone spontaneously. But my god I'm terrified of pulling the trigger this week.... Surfboard, cold glans, size loss etc. Especially if I could have benefited from a few more months of consistent VED and traction. So I'm wrestling with the decision for sure.

Yes unfortunately the impressive VED size is artificial and doesn't equal your true length. I was getting nearly 7.5 inches in the VED and my actual fully erect length bone pressed is just over 6.5 inches. But that indicates you've done a good job with the pre op therapy. I wouldn't think missing a few weeks, or doing months more traction and VED would make any difference.

With the prep you've done your doc should be able to implant the longest cylinders that will fit your anatomy. Good to make him very aware of exactly what you hope to achieve and all the things that are freaking you out. Hopefully he can put you at ease. Any possible negative side effects are just that, possibilities only. Most implants are successful and the patients happy with the results. Just don't expect miracles from day one. There is a recovery period and you will need to put in some work before you reap the full benefits. Think of where you are now and what it would be like with a fully functioning erection on demand 24/7, over which you have total control for both hardness and how long it stays erect. Best wishes whichever way you decide.

Different situation for me as injections still work fairly well. But I think it's time.

Is there only one pump for the Infla10AX? Is it the Pulse or is there anything else? Like a standard pump?
