I currently have a girlfriend who I told pretty early on, even before we talked about having sex. And she got immediately curious and excited. She loves it and we're both having the best sex of our lives.

Of course there's no judgment if you want to go incognito, it's just a personal preference choice based on your own comfort and what you want. My Titan Classic pump is pretty noisy, like a soft moaning noise. I think it would be pretty easy to hide if you wanted to with a few choice noises of your own. Or just excuse yourself to the restroom, and come out a couple of minutes later sporting a rager.

There are lots of possibilities, you can tailor how to handle it to your partners and what your expectations are with each one. No need to tell a quick fling, but you can always tell them if you are looking at them more seriously.

Love that bit about your new lady loving it being excited.

here is an old thread of myself with a lot of advices how to pump and why you shouldn't worry about pumping or inflaiing:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=25493

Girls don't care about how and what, they just want to be fucked and think, they make you sot that you become rock-hard.
I often pump during oral or intercourse, the hotties like it to feel the dick getting hard while in their pussies.
Don't worry at all, you will find your way, how to do it.
I nearly always have a different girl and until now not one has realized anything, they even don't know something like an implant exists.
All the best
Dan

Dan I’ve read tons of your stuff in various threads. You’re a legend. I appreciate it so much! Thank you dude.

Well, thank you! So you see, we have here many bionic brothers that use to have their bionic dicks with plenty of different hotties and anyone is mentioning any issues with noise or pumping. You'll get used to use your toy without any problems and you'l will even forget you implant, it'll be just normal "new" you.
All the best..

She’s frankly fascinated by it. She’s constantly playing with it. If we’re laying in bed and she hears the soft noise of the pump she raises an eyebrow at me and knows it’s game on.

So far I haven't let anyone in on the secret. I think if I were to be in a serious relationship that'd been going strong for a while, I would disclose it. But this stuff is so sensitive, and generally anything having to do with the penis is kind of taboo or wrapped up in ideas about what masculinity is or should be — I wouldn't be surprised if I heard "a real man doesn't need an implant." To me, that's crazy. But people sometimes have prejudices they aren't aware of until they say them out loud. Sometimes, not even then.

Well said. That’s a huge advantage the MPP has over the IPP. It’s more than a bit awkward having to go from couch to bathroom (to pump up) to bedroom. No one has noticed, but probably only because not many people are even aware of penile implants.

I’m not sure I would ever go with an MPP, primarily because of possible girth related issues, but I still recognize it as superior from an engineering perspective.

Speaking of which, it’s my understanding you had a bad accident that left you with a venous leak. Has this affected your natural engorgement with the MPP?

Good question. Surprisingly, this hasn't been an issue. For whatever reason, my bicycle accident only impacted my corporal bodies. I get great girth and good blood flow to the glans. In a way I still get morning wood, because my I wake up pretty thick/engorged in the morning. But before the implant, I only had morning wood maybe once a month, and it went away as soon as I stood up to walk to the bathroom.

Maybe consider something in-between.
You can say you used to have ED and you had a procedure to correct it.
Before sex you can excuse yourself and say because you used to have ED you get nervous and you like to get things started on your own.
Then smash it out with all the confidence in the world and im betting your partner will be onboard.

Pills, pumps, prp, trt, gainswave, peptides, trimix, quadmix and a vibrating ring.
