My bone pressed stretched length is 6.5 inches, not super aggressive but a good tug.

I've been useing my VED religiously now for a month and a half and I'm 6.81 inches in the erecaid tube and can fill the tube hard from the base of the tube, 6.28in. I'm unable to get an erection without the VED unfortunately. I do understand the ved length will not be the implant length.

Before ED I was a solid 6 x 6. Useing the VED it appears to be stretching me to a larger size. Bone pressed stretched I'm larger and thicker. With a constriction ring I'm also larger and thicker. This may sound like bullshit but it's not, I'm seeing an increase.

Do you guys think these size increases will transfer to a implant? To my knowledge other then the ED I don't have any other penis issues. Will the lack of other penis health issues help maintain my sizing? I know I won't see more and I knowI will haveto work hard after the implant.

One more question, I'm uncircumcised. Any issues with an implant and being uncircumcised?

Thanks in advance for any information, it's stressful and I appreciate your experience. My existing heart and diabetes just add more stress to another surgery. Hopefully my initial appointment with my urologist is in May.

I know it’s a thing, but stop stressing over size. If you’re using a VED a couple times a day for a couple months prior to implant you will get all you can get. It is what it is. If you have a qualified surgeon and he properly sizes you, you’ll be just fine. Expect anywhere from 3/4 inch to as much as a 1-1/4 inch deficit at initial pump. It’s normal with swelling and tissue shrinkage during recovery. By 3-4 months you’ll see probably 3/4 of what you lost return. Then it will all come back gradually. Trust the process.
As far as being circumcised, I would guess that the majority of people are. It’s not an issue! More likely it would be as issue not being circumcised. At least that’s what I’ve read into people who discuss this topic on FT. Good luck with your process!

My experience with ED and VEDs is similar. I'm now a little over 6.5 inches bone pressed erect (i.e. with my implant fully inflated). That was also my pre ED size, so I have managed to reclaim it with pre op VED therapy and a lot of cycling post op.

I believe you. For a long time I used a VED daily for both penile rehab and sex. It was the only thing that worked (partially) after all other conservative ED treatments failed. I was quite aggressive with the VED and eventually I was getting almost 7.5 inches length pumped and my girth was huge, almost filling the tube. So I can verify that it's not bullshit .

Unfortunately the VED size is artificial and temporary. But if you have lost any size to atrophy from prolonged ED, daily VED use can help stretch the penile tissue in preparation for the implant. That gives a better chance of the surgeon being able to use the longest implant cylinders suitable for your anatomy. And yes that plus a post op commitment to regular cycling can translate into restoring your pre ED size eventually.

Yes I think if you don't have any fibrosis or other penile issues it can contribute to a good outcome with size. No one can give you a 100% guarantee but the majority seem to ultimately get their size back, or very close to it. Don't forget that whatever the size you will have a fully functioning penis that is erect on demand 24/7. Learn as much you can here and have a list of questions ready for your urologist. I'm also happy to answer questions by private message.

I was circumcised at birth so I'll leave the last question for the uncut guys.

I know you are prepping him to be disappointed because it can definitely be a part of the process, but it is not inevitable. I was seeing almost an inch extra in the tube by the night before surgery and my post-op measurement when I first started cycling was exactly as before.

I know there are two schools of thought... those who PE and those who don't, but for those of us who have enlarged ourselves over the years, there is no reason not to maximize potential, before or after an implant.

Just want to point out that Rider’s advice is spot on. The best you can do is use the VED prior to surgery, then take your doc’s advice on when to stop. You’ll be measured on the surgery table internally to see how big of an implant you can accommodate. And that implant combined with your anatomy is pretty much the determinant of what your ultimate size will be. There’s a lot of hocus pocus around how to cycle and when and so on and so forth, but the truth is you are getting the size implant that fits you, and there isn’t much more you can do besides that. Relax! Pretty soon you will be hard as steel and fucking like a champ.

I'm going to continue useing the VED until I can get the implant to maintain what I have. I need to focus less on size and more on choosing the right doctor. Perhaps I'm too hung up on pleasing my partner. I did mention to her I could go as long as she wanted with it once I healed and she smiled at that lol.
