I hope you find the right choice for you man

Man I’m super unsure what to do. I’m glad to hear you’ve had no issues concealing it and I think the advice about leading the sexual interaction is on point. I am really bummed to hear that you regret getting the Titan. I have yet to read someone with our girth who doesn’t regret it. I just know Eid doesn’t like doing ams but will do them.

Indeed, I’d love it if you expanded on that. We hear from a lot of guys that either do or don’t tell potential partners about their implant, but you are the only guy I have heard of that told her two years in. How did it go? What was your prep for a conversation like that? We’d love your insight.

It went very well. I told her before that i might need to get surgery again, but not what for. When i told her what for she was relieved it's not cancer or something of the sort.
She didn't care at all and was more interested in it and wanted to pump it.
She was also surprised and almost impressed how i managed to hide it from her.

She was understanding of me not telling her earlier and frankly she really doesn't give a fuck about it.

I didn't do much prep, i just told her confidently that i had surgery on my dick because of an accident and have a device in it. I said i'm sorry i didn't tell her earlier and that the reasons for that were that it's very personal and that i didn't want her to worry

Thanks, Indeed. That aligns with my thoughts on this. Women largely cant figure it out and even if they could don’t care, particularly if their feelings for you extend beyond purely sexual.

I am about eight weeks out from my implant so I still have some softening to do. I’m actually a little smaller than you, but I don’t really have any issues with my implant. Yes, when it’s deflated, it’s sort of weird looking and feels crunchy. But unless you study it up close, no one would really think anything looks unusual. I have gone to a nude beach and felt like I fit right in. Plenty of guys with big soft ones, even bigger than mine. At this point in my healing, it doesn’t necessarily swing naturally but I don’t really care about that. I have also gone to a beach wearing a swimsuit with a liner without any issues. I felt comfortable.

It’s still a little uncomfortable to compress it tightly with underwear. But if I wore something snug, I know that I could conceal reasonably well. Here are some pictures of me wearing Krakatoa Haleakalā underwear. I am showing you some of my tightest work pants and a pair of snug shorts that I like to wear in the summer. In a couple of the photos, I’m actually trying to emphasize the outline. You can see some definition and that I hang to the left. But, I don’t think it looks unusual. Remember that light colors make it more obvious. If someone is staring directly at my crotch, yes they might think that I am showing a bit. But it’s not obscene or strange looking. If you are someone who is uncomfortable with attention, I could see how it might bother you. Like anything it just takes from getting used to.

At this point, I would do the Titan again, but of course I have no comparison to AMS. I do have the dog ears and folds, but I am still early on. I would feel comfortable changing in a locker room, and I don’t think anyone would think my dick looks unusual.

Hey man, THANK YOU for sharing this. I have a malleable penile implant and I think it’s so interesting how both the MPP and inflatable guys have this challenge.

With my Rigi10, super snug underwear are a non-negotiable right now to prevent myself from walking around looking like I have a semi. Comparing to your photos - the IPP still creates a bulge like an MPP, but it’s obviously a much more natural hang. No one would accuse you of having a semi, just looking more like you’re well hung. If you felt uncomfortable with the bulge you could opt for tailored pants even wider in thigh or pleats and I bet the bulge would disappear even more, but in your photos it looks totally naturally to me.

The snug underwear are currently uncomfortable for me as well mtricher, but I’m hoping this is just because you and I are still early in healing in the grand scheme of things!

Lawrence13 wrote:My only question is what’s your anatomy size. It seems men with larger girths seems to handle the titan much better.

I'm currently length 7.3" bone-pressed, and girth 5.75". Before implant, I had a girth of 6.7"; the shaft was bulging out on one side, which caused the extra girth. After getting the implant, the shaft is straighter and doesn't bulge out like that.

Please also note that I'm not saying that the Titan is better than the AMS. I have no experience of the AMS, so I'm not in a position to compare. I just wanted to let you know about my experience of the Titan and concealment: for me it hasn't been a problem.

Best of luck with deciding which brand to use and with your surgery and recovery!

I can’t thank you enough for this. Given that we both have smaller girths and you got the Titan. It’s good to see that 8 weeks out you are able to hide it sufficiently. Look great in those cloths and the bulge doesn’t look to bad at all.

Man your post really made me feel so much better about going with Eid’s preference in Titan. Did you gain any girth?

I have not gained any girth. But it’s only been eight weeks. I did have a little bit of narrowing mid shaft because of Peyronie’s disease. When I’m fully inflated, I can really feel it pushing and stretching. I think the side that had a bit of narrowing hurts a bit more. I’m hoping overtime that eventually things will loosen up. I’m fine if I end up at about 4.75 to 5. I think that’s a reasonable goal.
