After years of ED,I finally was implanted. I went through Dr Yafi out of UC Irvine. He is a COE surgeon with Coloplast. Surgery went well, Into the O/R around 7AM, Walked out around 11:30. He did peno-scrotal. I have pumped for many years. pre-surgery I could bone pressed stretched length to 8.5". Girth was around 6". I measured today I was at 6" flaccid girth, and 7" bone pressed length. The Doctor has me at approximately 20% inflated.
The next morning I saw his P.A. and had the drain tube removed. The jock is really tight and annoying. The only pain i have is the perineum. It is tolerable, and I was only taking Advil Dual action (acetaminophen/ibuprofen combo and gabapentin. I did have to take a hydrocodone this evening though. I have no swelling or bruising, and I can quite clearly feel the implant in my shaft and hear the crinkle when I squeeze it. I was initially put in the 12 clock position, but the PA said I can hand down over the balls.
Overall surgery went well, I had some scarring on the left side from tri-mix injections.. He put in a 22cm Titan, with 2cm extension. At least that is what the surgical notes say. I was measured 13cm proximally, 10cm distally. Plus 2cm RTE.
So, feeling pretty good. Just need to walk around some more to get things going.

Welcome to the brotherhood, SoCal and AzChris! You both have a few weeks of taking it easy ahead of you, but in a few months you’ll be ready to go.
My strongest advice: you may hit a point in the first few weeks where you freak out a bit, whether over your length or how it feels or whatever. It happens to almost all of us. Relax! A lot of those issues will go away with time. Just focus on recovery and your doc’s advice.
You have taken the hardest step (no pun intended) towards getting your function back. Now you just need to wait a bit til you are back to having fun again.
Congrats!

Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Congrats Socal. I received a Titan with your exact same measurements on 2/23/26. Stay in touch. Id like to hear how your recovery process progresses.
