I am afraid the bionic dick is firing back if I dont ajust to her libido level and she is afraid she wont cope with my desire and needs. We are both at the end of 60 and screw like teenagers.

Richard,
I am a little confused, are you saying that you both have concerns now and are worried and afraid, or that you had the concerns before surgery but now the concerns are gone and you are both like teenagers again?
56, Mild ED started 20 years ago, Pills very effective for first 12 years. Then High Blood Pressure made ED much worse. Pills inconsistent now. Dont like needles. Planning IPP now, probably Rigicon Infla10 AX, to be done overseas.

My concern is that my new sexdrive is too much for her and her concern is that she cannot keep up with me. Yesterday was a typical exampel, she was finished and I continued pounding without result and this was not the first time. We are still learning and its sometimes difficult to adjust our different paces. Mine also said if this continues like that I can bang some pros, as a joke but I heard the seriousness behind it.
68 years old, good shape but 10 years struggle with VED, pills, needles.
arterial sclerosis comb.with venous leak.
Rigicon infla 10ax, 22(12+10) x12 + 1cm rte. Dr. Beley, Paris. 06.11.25
before implant: VED 6,5 x 4.9 bone pressed.

I couldn't give it up. The tough part was my brain making me think if I couldn't satisfy her, she would find it elsewhere. I couldn't help to think that since she is 17 years younger than me, and in her prime years for a female to enjoy sex.
Pills and injections had already come and gone. Both losing their effect in 2-3 years.
Come to find out she researched implants without my knowledge. In the recovery room after my surgery is when she told me she had been reading about implants. She was already on hormone replacements after having surgery to remove all her female parts due to cysts and terrible pain during her periods.
Once I healed up sex was awesome again. We went at it hard for the first several months, then backed off as other medical issues creeped in. Sex is now once a week. At 75 (me) and 58 (her) it's still great.

Total envy. I am 76 and wife is 56. She informed me not interested in sex then I found out about her gym trainer. Seems two surgeries and recovery were for nothing as I am not using the implant. Cycle and use VED to keep it healthy but it's just a nice idle appendage.
