Chris1967, congrats on crossing the finish line ! For me it just kept getting better after the first time, and after several weeks became a great 'new normal'. Its definitely different, and focusing on the bionic capabilities really took things to 'next level'. Like you I found that inflating to 85-95% (depending on the position) worked best for my wife and I. It increases sensation compared to max inflation, and my wife ways it feels more natural that way. Ehy Chris, does the rigi pump make any noise while inflating?

Yes, it makes duck-like noises. My doctor says that will get quieter over time. The pump works very well and is already easier to use. I haven't lost any size. I can inflate it fully to about 16 cm in length.

I also have the Rigicon 10X, implanted a year ago in 3 weeks time.
Really happy with it I like to pump it up super hard, which gains me an extra 1/4" (6mm) girth. I pump about 8-10 times with my left hand, then clamp my left fingers with my right fist and squeeze both together to get as much pressure as possible. My dick then stands at 1 o'clock just like the good old days. My wife loves it, and we have the best sex.

When it's super hard like that, the sensation is that feeling just before you come before ED, when your dick swells even more and feels tight. That helps me to achieve orgasm.

When pumping, it's important to immobilise the pump bulb by cradling it, for example in a curved index finger, then curving your thumb over the top of it and squeezing. That way, the pump won't suddenly shoot off, crashing into your left nut, and ricocheting onto your right one, making you jump a metre into the air, which is a bit of a giveaway when you're trying to discreetly pump up just before sex.

The same technique is used to easily deflate. Hold the bulb in one hand, using thumb and index finger to immobilise the flat sides of the pump housing, while squeezing the deflate button with thumb and index finger of the other hand.

Stabilising each hand against the adjacent thigh helps to keep everything locked in place.

It takes longer to describe than to carry out.

The "duck" noise while inflating is normal but weird.

Cycling to maximum hardness for 1/2 to 1 hour every day seems to slowly increase my girth, I feel, but it's a long slow process.
