When erect I am right at 6.25 inches. When I deflate my flaccid length shrinks to about 5.25 inches. .
I have read so many complaints about the Titan being uncomfortable and hard to conceal. I decided to follow some members advice here on FrankTalk and went with the LGX.

To be honest, it seems more often than not to be the case. All the guys who are happy with Titan have much large girths than I do. I’m starting to question if I need to cancel with Eid and consult with a doctor who does AmS.

Update:

Dr. Eid called me personally after sending an inquiry ahead of my pre op on the 30th through the message system.

He says he is willing to do the AMS all though yes he did talk shit about it. However, I was very impressed by him calling me so quickly and we will go over it at my March 30 preop. He said he will do the Ams if I decide to go that route. So that’s reassuring.

What specifically he doesn't like of AMS?

That's great news Lawrence. I don't think implants are a one size/brand fits all. I'm in Australia but have a US friend on here who also approached Dr Eid and was turned off the idea as he was only offering Coloplast. I'll let him know that he will consider doing AMS. If going with AMS in your case, being on the longer side, potentially you may need to think about the CX which has a special order 24 cm size. The LGX only goes to 21 cm max which I have, and I'm only 6.5 inches bone pressed erect. it depends on your internal size, but if going with an LGX 21 you may well need RTEs to compensate, and that can affect axial rigidity (stability).

I’m not going to disclose his exact wording since he took the time to actually call me and I respect the hell out of him. His concerns were what you would expect. My dumbed down summary is…. That it’s not suitable for my length, concerns over rigidity, concerns over sizing flexibility and likely good of rte, girth expansion with my scar tissue,

Yeah he was concerned about me needing rear tip extenders. Question, would cx be any sort of comfort upgrade over the Titan like the lgx would definitely be…. Or is it negligible.

Just adding my two cents. As disclosure, I have a CX. It’s tough to find guys who can give you a comparison since everyone has what they have. So I would go with your doc’s advice. The conventional wisdom around here is exactly what you say Eid described.

As far as whether the Titan is going to be more comfortable: the reality is that even with a CX, or any implant, at first it is going to feel big and a bit uncomfortable. I think that is everyone’s experience. But over time 1) the implant softens and breaks in, and 2) you get used to it.

When I was first implanted I was very cognizant of having a big swollen package. I kinda enjoyed it. But close to two years in I don’t think about it much anymore.

Point being, you are unlikely to get out of that feeling, and it is unclear just how much a CX will feel comfortable vs a Titan. On the other hand, there are the real physical concerns your doc is expressing.

I’d follow his advice.
Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

This is one reason I recommend you see a high volume surgeon that will recommend the proper implant for your needs, not merely offer you only one option. The 2 most popular implants ARE different, they both have different pros and cons, just like every man's penis. I interviewed ONLY surgeons that would gladly implant Titan or AMS.

For what it's worth, the AMS has exponentially more implants deployed around the world than BS.

I had done extensive research on both options prior to talking to surgeons. I will never know as much as they know, but I wanted to be as informed as possible. After all my research, my anatomy, my concerns and my particular lifestyle, I had sort of decided on an AMS. I spoke to one doc that I was not impressed by, I didn't feel like he even listened to me. The other doc's staff was so dismissive and unprofessional I didn't follow through with the appt. Once I got to Dr. Clavell, I knew I found my surgeon. We talked over all the things that concerned me, he answered my questions thoughtfully and at the end of our consultation I asked him what implant he thought would meet my needs best (I didn't mention which way I was leaning). He said he thought the CX would be best for me.

I know for a fact he implanted a Titan in the guy that had surgery before me on the same day, and I know he has many happy patients on here with both the Titan and the AMS.

For me, 95% of the rest of my life will be flaccid. (if I'm lucky, probably more like 99%) My AMS is 100% comfortable and natural looking. My wife and I frequent nude resorts, I didn't want to look anything other than natural (no half mast, no dog ears, no crinkling sound), and I look 100% natural even though I was always a grower, I'm now a shower. The CX moves like real tissue when flaccid, isn't at all stiff. When the time comes, it's more rigid than I need (my wife likes it at 80%) and fills out quite nicely to 7 3/4" x 5 7/8". I was never particularly girthy to begin with, and this is about where my natural erection was.

I can't compare with a Titan I've never had, but I've read enough on FT and elsewhere to determine that the biggest, thickest, stiffest dick on the market comes with risks and side effects I don't want. It's not about the size or thickness, it's about being able to live your life knowing you have the ability to be intimate whenever the mood strikes....like you used to.

Dr. Clavell told me that one of his goals was to treat the man AND the penis, in that he would restore function and remove the pre-occupation we all have with what is failing us. He didn't want me to have to think about my penis any time I didn't want to, and he's been successful with me.
2/22/23 AMS 700 CX 21cm + 1.5cm RTEs. was 58 yrs old, wife of 39 yrs. Penoscrotal. 100ml Conceal reservoir. Dr. Clavell. Pills failing and went right to implant. 3+ yrs post op: 7 3/4" x 5 7/8", now 61yrs old in 2026
