A little background: I was originally scheduled to get the Coloplast IPP this month, but after inflating the device in person, I had some reservations due to it not expanding longitudinally. Common sense tells me that without longitudinal expansion, some length loss will be unavoidable. The AMS was also too small and lacked rigidity. Eventually, research led me to the Rigicon Infla10 AX, which offers longitudinal expansion, great rigidity, and larger cylinders than the Coloplast. The problem is that it’s not covered by insurance and I can’t get it in the US. If I get it in Turkey, I can keep the total price (including) travel < $10,000.
I’ve been talking with a consultant from this clinic: istanbuliclinic.com/en/ Has anybody heard of them? Reviews seem difficult to find.

Make your research about the Titan and the AMS before making a decision.
All 3 devices can expand in length and girth with proper cycling.

I inflated the Titan in my hand and it didn’t elongate appreciably. This results in a rounding error when sizing. And the AMS is too small. I have a stretched length of 23 cm measured from the pubic bone. The AMS goes up to 21 cm, and quite a bit of that would be internal. Even if it elongates by 25%, it’s too small.

I was all for the Rigicon Infla 10X also until I spoke to Dr. Taj who indicated they are full of defects and has to do so many replacements on them from overseas clients. He felt the Titan product was way superior to Rigicon.
52 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

I saw a YouTube video by Dr. Taj about this, and it wasn't about the quality of Rigicon, but rather about how many doctors abroad don't implant it correctly, which then leads to revisions. I also believe that Dr. Taj receives payments from Coloplast, since Rigicon is awaiting FDA approval in the US. The Rigicon Infla is currently the most advanced implant on the market. It has four layers, and the tubing and connections were all redesigned in 2024. The pulse pump is excellent, and it has a natural firmness. Since April 2024, there have been hardly any significant failures with the Rigicon Infla 10 Pulse. There are also studies with over 500 participants. It's a very good implant. Dr. Perito is also testing it in the US for the FDA. I can only recommend that you have it done in Germany. At the UKSH Lübeck hospital, the surgery with Mr. Osmonov (one of the best internationally) costs approximately €11,600. I know people who have had the Rigicon implant since 2024 and are very satisfied with it.

Abstract
Objective
To analyse data from patient information forms (PIFs) submitted to the manufacturer of a new three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP), the Rigicon Infla10®, to summarize early outcomes.
Methods
A retrospective review of PIFs from 319 patients implanted with the IPP between 6 January 2019 and 31 December 2021 was performed to assess device durability and rates of reoperation for infection, mechanical failure or medical reasons.
Results
The mean ± sd (range) follow-up was 21.2 ± 11 (5–36) months and the mean ± sd patient age was 58.5 ± 8.7 years. Of the total, 4.4% of devices required removal or revision. Complications included mechanical failure (2.5%) and component migration (0.7%). No infections were observed in this series. One patient (0.4%) required revision for inadequate straightening of Peyronie's disease. Three patients (0.9%) requested device removal because of dissatisfaction. A total of 95.6% of the Rigicon Infla10 devices were free from explant or revision 21 months after the original implant date. Kaplan–Meier analysis showed the rates of cumulative survival of the device at 12, 24, 36 months were 95.6%, 94.7% and 93.7%, respectively.
Conclusions
The vast majority of the early Rigicon Infla10 IPPs implanted prior to January 2022 were included in this retrospective analysis of volunteered PIFs. These early results demonstrate initial durability from reoperation equivalent to that of other contemporary devices.

And that was even before the improvements in 2024.
