Goal is to maximize length obviously.
But on these boards most are suggesting it, but 3 different doctors I spoke to said its not that important or required.
I have an opportunity coming up within a next 2-3 week now, but having been doing to pre stretch.
Should I hold off this earlier date to get the max stretch in?
How important is vacuum pre stretching in the weeks before surgery?

56, Mild ED started 20 years ago, Pills very effective for first 12 years. Then High Blood Pressure made ED much worse. Pills inconsistent now. Dont like needles. Planning IPP now, probably Rigicon Infla10 AX, to be done overseas.

Only if you have drastically atrophied from the ED because you are highly likely to get something back.
If you just want to maximize your potential, it could still help but takes years to see impressive gains for most guys.

Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

You'll get a wide range of opinions on this, both from doctors and implant recipients.
I'm a great believer in using a VED pre implant. In my case I had significant atrophy from devastating 100% total ED caused by a prostatectomy. I lost length to the point that it was causing problems with urination. Once I started using a VED my notional size mostly returned and those problems disappeared. I amped up the VED use aggressively pre implant to between two and three times a day, for 20 to 30 minutes, over 5 or 6 weeks. I believe that got me the longest implant cylinders that my anatomy could accommodate. My surgeon was supportive of my approach and agreed that it likely helped with up sizing. I'm back to my pre ED size but still trying to squeeze out another mm or two. YMMV.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
