Mystery solved
I have received a lot of questions regarding a one inch loss of length with my revision surgery. My surgeon told me in an email I was implanted with a 26 cm Titan. I concluded that the increased girth somehow limited the length. After some looking through the patient portal, I found that the surgical notes were accessible. Those notes say I was implanted with a 24 cm Titan. Given the revision can sit somewhat deeper and combined with a two cm smaller implant, there’s the missing inch. I hope it was not a case of not having the needed implant on hand at time of surgery. I understand the 26 is a special order. i was observed in the flaccid state but not measured prior to surgery.

Assuming the 26 wasn’t available, he should have at least extended the 24 with 2cm RTE’s rather than short you that much.

Re: Mystery solved
Ask your surgeon about this at your next visit. In the meantime cycle aggressively.
During this surgery they have a wide variety of implants on hand, in the operating room, sealed and ready to open whichever one is required into the surgical sterile field.
Only after they measure the inside of your corpus cavernosum with dilators do they decide on a size.
Measuring externally will give them a rough estimate of the size you’ll need, but just a rough one. So even though the surgeon said you’d need a 26cm by ahead of time it’s entirely b possible that you measured 24cm and the correct size was put in.
Let us know what your surgeon says about the size loss.
